"Great system " Pros: Easy to use and bank at the end of the day being able to see the projections ie takings tax profit margins etc great bit of kit and excellent customer service when or if you have a problem. Cons: Not being able to do mail order over the phone as you can not take card payment over the phone.

"The Best POS System Since Slice Bread" Pros: What I like most about the system is that you can access the system from anywhere, also you man maintains items from the back office without interfering with the cash register Cons: Absolutely nothing at the moment, the system works well, and I fine no objection. Overall: My overall experience with the system is 100% satisfied.

"Great system " Pros: Epos now is really simple to use. Most importantly the customer support is excellent, the staff really care. Cons: I didn’t like how you could not turn the receipts off, but they have now charged that. Overall: Really good always reliable and any issues are sorted quickly

"Epos Now review" Pros: Fairly easy use. Has a lot of features I havent tried yet. Cons: Initial setup guy wasnt the friendliest. Didn't realize i couldnt get in my cash drawer to open when i ran out of printer paper.

"EposNow for a bar" Pros: Easy setup and ongoing management of the system. Cloud sync allows remote management. Easy for our bar staff to use. Customer support is also very good - if we have an issue it's normally a 5 minute phone call to get it sorted. "Feedback review" Pros: Spoke to [sensitive content hidden] he was extremely helpful and helped me solve the issues I had. I have spoken to numerous employees lately and all have been very helpful. Cons: Communication over dates and deliveries of products could be better. The people who answer the phones are very pleasant and helpful, it is the managers who seem to shy away from problems.
