Simple and easy Pros : Buying an EPOS system for my new business was simple and easy. I was guided through the options and received one to one training on how to set it up. Customer support was extremely patient as I am not a computer whizz.
Fantastic system Very happy with Epos system and don't have any suggestions for improvement at the moment. Finding the system easy to use. Pros : Fantastic system, simple to use, easy to manage products and stock. The staff were even better, was a massive help with the training and was always interested to assist with any questions. Would recommend to anyone interested in Epos systems.
One of the customer rep was fantastic to work with Pros : He was fantastic to work with. Always quick to respond, easy to work with and helped me a lot. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was great. Cons : The barcodes for what ever reason would not scan. I just closed the program and re opened it so it could sync and it worked perfectly.
Very Knowledgeable Pros : We were having problems using our receipt printer but we call in to David and he was able to remote in to our system and get our printer up and running and set us up with the booking app for our business. Cons : The only issue we've running into so far was the issue with the receipt printer but was able to get that resolved.
Excellent service Pros : After purchasing a card payment machines i was referred through to Epos for my till solutions. After speaking with one of the point of sales consultants, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, he recommended the right products for my new business after listening to my requirements. With in the hour of our call i had received a comprehensive quote and was able to review the demo. Support lines Pros : All day your support lines have been patient and super helpful...can't fault this department at all. Happy with the system and enjoying the experience with Epos Now. Support employees have been patient and super helpful.
Great service! Pros : Fast responses to questions. Resolved problem quickly and was very friendly and helpful. I am really enjoying this software's functionality.
Hazel Howat Pros : Hazel was amazing! Really patient and caring with my problems, and there were definitely a few. Would definitely recommend her help in particular to anyone calling in, will be asking for her if I ever have an issue again. Cons : Some of the stock management is a little clunky but it's likely we will get used to this over time using it.
Lukas spent quality time with me Pros : Lukas spent quality time with me walking me through so much valuable information. A credit to the team. I am in his debt.
