Very Helpful Pros : Very fast and helpful service, was able to help me install software and get printer and cash drawer back up and running Cons : I was having problems where I was unable to sign out of a demo account that was made for me, but the agent showed me a work around to avoid that problem in the future.
Epos Now review Pros : Customer rep. was very helpful to get me to understand the software and also his customer service is excellent. Cons : I did not like how internet explorer was unable to run the eposnow software. I use internet explorer for everything.
Lukas was a great help Pros : Lukas was a great help to get all my problems solves in a quick manner. The Eposnow team has great customer service. Cons : I am uploading my products using excel and it can be kind of difficult to navigate. Also I always have to format the file to text.
Amari was great and very helpful. Pros : He helped me set up 2 of my printers and fire open my cash drawer. His service was very streamlined and he told me it was his first day, he did a good job for that. Cons : The whole set up is kind of complicated. It should be simple to just plug up a receipt printer and cash drawer, but my problem is fixed and I know what to do now for future reference.
Customer rep. was very helpful Pros : Customer rep. was very helpful in solving my issues. I am very pleased with Epos now - I have only been working with it for a few days but I know it is going to work much easier than my other POS system Cons : Live chat is not currently available in the United States. Sometimes getting on the phone can be a hassle so I can't wait for that feature to be available for me.
Extremely Satisfied Pros : Epos Now has been extremely helpful with getting my system set up and ready before my store opening. The representatives are always very professional and polite and get done what is needed, no matter how difficult the issue. good support on startup Pros : good support, quick, efficient. will continue to work with them. They called in exactly when they said they would. There is still some setup to do, but I am confident that eposnow will be there to help me. Cons : We got disconnected during the call for a but. It seemed to be a problem with their connection. Made for a little longer of a phone call.
Customer support representative Pros : spoke to Customer support representative. He was absolutely fantastic at resolving the problem. He this this extremely fluently and with great care and patience A credit to a great POS provider. Cons : Was unable to print receipt at the beginning of my call, thought it be a simple set up, but was able to set it up with help of support.
Reliable Pros : Reliable, fast and easy to work with! I was promised a welcome call within the first few days and they made sure to do that! Cons : They happen to call me at a time where I was unable to really talk but we got it rescheduled and taken care of.
