I phoned the support line in the morning & was connected to a 1st line support Agent. I explained the problem & it was agreed that she would phone me back at 4pm to help resolve the problem. Customer support representative helped me today and was very … Pros : Customer support representative helped me today and was very helpful and professional i thank him so much for his patience great customer service! Cons : I was unable to figure out how to use my credit card hardware. But was able to at the end of the call.
I did a lot of research before deciding... Lots more to learn I'm sure but great system. Pros : I did a lot of research before deciding on Epos Now. Competitively priced with gold functionality and ability to integrate. Our implementation manager was great and got us up and running and we are now trading. Cons : We had a little issue around delivery. We were on a short timeline but they pulled it out the bag in the end.
Customer support representative was superb! Pros : Customer support representative in support was superb today i had a couple of problems, solved very efficiently and quickly. Cons : we've been with epos now since 2015 and apart from some long wait times for support there have been very few issues
Very Helpful Pros : Very fast and helpful service, was able to help me install software and get printer and cash drawer back up and running Cons : I was having problems where I was unable to sign out of a demo account that was made for me, but the agent showed me a work around to avoid that problem in the future.
Epos Now review Pros : Customer rep. was very helpful to get me to understand the software and also his customer service is excellent. Cons : I did not like how internet explorer was unable to run the eposnow software. I use internet explorer for everything.
Lukas was a great help Pros : Lukas was a great help to get all my problems solves in a quick manner. The Eposnow team has great customer service. Cons : I am uploading my products using excel and it can be kind of difficult to navigate. Also I always have to format the file to text.
Amari was great and very helpful. Pros : He helped me set up 2 of my printers and fire open my cash drawer. His service was very streamlined and he told me it was his first day, he did a good job for that. Cons : The whole set up is kind of complicated. It should be simple to just plug up a receipt printer and cash drawer, but my problem is fixed and I know what to do now for future reference.
Customer rep. was very helpful Pros : Customer rep. was very helpful in solving my issues. I am very pleased with Epos now - I have only been working with it for a few days but I know it is going to work much easier than my other POS system Cons : Live chat is not currently available in the United States. Sometimes getting on the phone can be a hassle so I can't wait for that feature to be available for me.
