"Need better support" Pros: We needed to get our business up and running quickly, we were able to do that. Cons: We did not receive adequate training. Found ourselves calling over and over to get issues remedied and sometimes it took a while to do so. Overall: [sensitive content hidden] was excellent but we went through many others who gave incorrect, incomplete and contradictions and wrong information. If we didn’t have so much product marked we would have bailed.
