"Friendly /responsive support centre " Pros: The commission on my card machine is competitive compared to the rest in the market. Also, their support centre is responsive. I almost get connected to the like really quick in less than 2 mins Cons: Nothing to complain as of now.It has always been good to me

"I highly recommend this business." Pros: The till system works seamlessly for my business. This is what I have been looking for. I really like the ability to check my reports using the cloud option. So I can check reports even when I’m at home. Cons: I can’t really look at anything negative at the moment for the service they provide

"Back Office Support" Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was brilliant today, he understood the problems/issues I brought to him today and was quickly able to guide me and navigate my way around EPOS. Cons: There is an offline card somewhere within the system, which is taking payments but these payments are not filtering into our account. Overall: It's been a good experience so far, lots to get used to and become familiar with, which will take some time.

"Great service" Pros: I was able to get assistance when needed. I was in a real fix when the till stopped working and I reached out to Eposnow via live chat. The chat agent was really efficient to help me out soon. Cons: Based on the experience I have right now, I cannot think of anything bad about eposnow.
