Extremely Satisfied Pros : Epos Now has been extremely helpful with getting my system set up and ready before my store opening. The representatives are always very professional and polite and get done what is needed, no matter how difficult the issue. good support on startup Pros : good support, quick, efficient. will continue to work with them. They called in exactly when they said they would. There is still some setup to do, but I am confident that eposnow will be there to help me. Cons : We got disconnected during the call for a but. It seemed to be a problem with their connection. Made for a little longer of a phone call.
Customer support representative Pros : spoke to Customer support representative. He was absolutely fantastic at resolving the problem. He this this extremely fluently and with great care and patience A credit to a great POS provider. Cons : Was unable to print receipt at the beginning of my call, thought it be a simple set up, but was able to set it up with help of support.
Reliable Pros : Reliable, fast and easy to work with! I was promised a welcome call within the first few days and they made sure to do that! Cons : They happen to call me at a time where I was unable to really talk but we got it rescheduled and taken care of.

Great Help Pros : Customer rep. was a great help and he was on top of his work. The software fits our needs nicely and I look forward to continuing our relationship with Epos Now. Cons : Unfortunately I didn't want to get on the phone and had to because live chat wasn't available. They said the US is working on getting it soon though.
Incredible service ! Pros : Incredible service! We have been using the services of Epos now since starting our site shop 18 months ago - the product has proved excellent over this time, and i must say that the service from the support team most recently was incredible. Excellent support Pros : I had to learn the Epos system in double quick time and support agent was very helpful talking me through what I needed to know. We didn't have as many training sessions as I would have liked (my fault not his!) but it was a pleasure talking to customer service agent and he was very patient with me.
The support staff was very personable and patient Pros : The support staff was very personable and patient in integrating my credit card account. He kept a conversation flowing, and did his best to make the experience as painless as possible. I appreciate the friendly support that this company provides. Cons : We had a little connectivity issues which made it run a bit slow. It took a little more time than expected.
