Excellent service and support Pros : I received excellent service and support from Ash recently. He was through and patient in helping me with my epos problem. Thank you. Cons : Sometimes the wait for support can be quite long but recently it's not been too bad. That's really the only con I've experienced.
Excellent Customer Service Pros : When I called customer service. He was amazing and resolved all the queries that I had through remote support. He explained everything clearly as he resolved the issues and not once did I feel that I was been rushed. One very happy customer, thank you Cons : I was a bit skeptical about remote support at first thinking it would be a nightmare if we had a serious problem but it works brilliantly
BAMDesserts Pros : My support agent Jess was very patient and helpful with getting our system setup. EPOS support cares about their customers. Cons : The update for the latest version of their till app took about twenty minutes to get completely installed.

Fast Service Pros : I had an issue with upgrading to the newest app version, I called in and was able to get quick and fast assistance Cons : Have not come across to many issue but anytime I do I'm able to call in and have the issues resolved.

Might be good but not for us. Pros : Nice design with colors, clear to understand , easy to use, quiet convenient with everything stored on the same place. Cons : Features not specially enough to pay for it. I still be able to access my documents from anywhere without paying. Processing payment method is limited. It seems very useful for restaurant and order but might not enough for rooms retailer like us.
