Great Support Pros : great service very helpful definitely worth it.A++ I needed assistance with upgrading the software and the agent was able to help me very quickly Cons : I'm still new to the system and anytime I do need assistance I'm able to call in and get great customer service.
Fast Service Pros : I had an issue with upgrading to the newest app version, I called in and was able to get quick and fast assistance Cons : Have not come across to many issue but anytime I do I'm able to call in and have the issues resolved.

Might be good but not for us. Pros : Nice design with colors, clear to understand , easy to use, quiet convenient with everything stored on the same place. Cons : Features not specially enough to pay for it. I still be able to access my documents from anywhere without paying. Processing payment method is limited. It seems very useful for restaurant and order but might not enough for rooms retailer like us.
Excellent troubleshooting Pros : I had a web ticket and received a call from David and he was able to fix the issue we were having with out tax as well as fix our cash drawer issue. Cons : Really just getting setup with everything and haven't run into that many problems yet, but everything does seem good

Thiago was great in helping us set up … Pros : Customer support representative was great in helping us set up our new EPOS Now system. He was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and getting us started on the right track. We look forward to talking to him in the future if we have any other questions.
Great Customer Support! Pros : My regular support guy was unavailable, so another support stepped in. He was great, mission accomplished! I appreciate how responsive epos now support people are. I have worked in the tech industry for 40 years, and I know good support (and bad support!) when I see it. You folks have very good support!
