"Good product, poor integration with EFTPOS and MYOB" Pros: Relatively easy to administer, add products, customers, good reports. Cons: Poor integration with MYOB, we have had no end of problems getting sales transactions to transfer into MYOB, missing transactions for no reason. Have had to deal with the support team many, many times, this is an ongoing problem. "Easy to use, very complete software" Pros: ePOSnow is a simple but very complete software, and allows the seller to control the business very easily Cons: There's a glitch here and there ; but nothing that disturbs significantly the work being done
"Not a bad system however catered more to UK market" Pros: Ease of use, support at the beginning was limited but got better (this could have been due to COVID) Cons: The inventory management entering new products and receiving inventory could use a definite overhaul. "Inventory and purchasing needs work" Pros: Front office is easy to use, simple. Discounts are easy to apply. Cons: Inventory management needs a lot of work. Currently we can only add products to a purchase order that are already in the system, the system must have the correct supplier entered, inventory check box must be filled out if we want inventory tracked and eligible to add to PO. Products should be searched with more flexibility in POS (word order, spelling etc)
"Great Product and Awesome Support" Pros: I am able to track inventory and sales with no longer relying on memory and spreadsheets. Cons: Its a little cumbersome but once you get the hang of it you see nothing but value. Overall: I like it. I really appreciate the knowledge, patience and dedication from the rep Marcela who scheduled worked with my schedule to schedule time for a tutorial and walkthrough and not ending the call until she was sure I was comfortable.
"Epos Now Review " Pros: Epos Now software is point of sale software with complete inventory control and bar code reader system for users. Cons: In Epos Now i did not find any technical error in this software feature. Graphical interface is awesome for users. Overall: Awesome point safe software with bar code reader and full reporting system.
"We use it to run our bar" Pros: All seems to work as you would expect. Adding products is simple, the reports are good. As we are a sports club, we can also add our members so they can load up with credit. Cons: We haven't found anything in particular that doesn't work. Customer services always help quickly if there is an issue. Overall: We use it daily to run the bar at our sports club and it works for us.
"Amazing" Pros: To be honest is pretty much nothing I consult with this software it is absolutely amazing I love the statistics on it the graphs all the financial information that you can gain and the simplicity of it all the amount of information you can extract about your business is Colossal.
