"had issues with till" Pros: All features are good to use Its very easy to use on till Cons: none so far encountered. Happy with the software to be honest. Overall: Great customer service support
"A great tool for any business" Pros: I like that it is user friendly and the back office functions make my paperwork so much easier to navigate. Cons: Slow to load and could have better options for integrating rewards and gift certificates. Overall: This software has made my book keeping a thousand times easier.
"Epos Now " Pros: The price is good fairly easy to use.... Cons: Well, the lack of support or help center. There is some very easy task that we have no clue to completed and we aren't willing to pay extra just for support. I feel that the support should be free Overall: The price is good but we still have issues trying to complete the simplest task
"EPOS Retail System" Pros: This system was easily setup and very functional. You can access the Back Office on PC or app. Promos easy to set up with date end date. Overall EPOS system very good for the price. Customer Service is also reachable by phone for questions. Cons: Can't think of any....System works as advertised. Overall: I own a C-Store and all the promos and charge accts are easily accessed and reported on.
"After one year" Pros: Great tech support, cusromizable software. Cons: There is no user manual, and the "guide me" feature is limited
"Programmer /User" Pros: Good interface. Straight forward programming. Adaptable Cons: Could use more copy and paste features to enter similar products. Be able to.use without having Epos printer printing receipt. Waste of paper.
"ePOSnow and my thoughts" Pros: The customer service was pretty helpful, daily use of the till was pretty simple and some features that worked were helpful. Cons: A lot of the add-ons that were paid for subscriptions would not work. Randomly would get email saying that our add-ons were uninstalled and when we come the next day they would not work. Once you get the service and start to require more add-ons and features it will start to add up your total monthly bill. Overall: It was a good few months of having the service and... read more
"Best POS customer service provider out there!" Pros: The thing I like most about the software is that I can access my data and sales information from anywhere. I can check/make changes at home from my mobile device, home desktop, or my laptop. Cons: The thing I like least about the software is that it can take awhile to get used to all the different options/buttons that Epos offers. It can be pretty daunting in the beginning and will definitely take time to get used to how the software operates but once you get the hang of ... read more
