Helpful Pros : Jess has every helpful and explained every thing to me and made it easy to understand what I was doing. Cons : Had to update my computer before I could use my Epos Now till and it took a little bit longer than we had expected.

Excellent support!! Customer since October 2016 Pros : My implementation manager was very helpful in explaining how the Loyalty program works within EPOSNow. Our issue was resolved quickly and she took the time to show us how to utilize Promotions for the Loyalty customers. Cons : There was an issue with finding where the award points were displayed at on the till side and with how much award was being awarded.

Good system, but the true shining star is one of their employees. Pros : We purchased your POS systems for both of our shops earlier this spring. We were upgrading our Gettysburg shop and opening a new location in Charleston, South Carolina. On the day before our opening, we installed the Bixelon barcode printer, and the plan was to print all of our labels that day so we'd be able to open and take sales the next day, April 1. Staff are very patient and helpful Pros : It does the job we need it to do, haven't used half the features yet but will do in time. The staff are very patient and helpful sorting out problems. Cons : After updates there can be problems logging on however the staff are there to sort the problems out when they arise

E Vapor Hut Would recommend to everyone. Pros : Great job! I've been struggling with setting up the program for weeks and haven't had much success emailing epos. But a customer representative took his time and answered each of my questions! He was very professional and if he didn't have the answer he found it for me! Give that guy a raise, he's the best Customer Support staff member I've encountered thus far! Cons : As of now, I do not have any cons for the system. credit card reader not working excellent and curtious support Pros : i was having trouble with the credit card machine not working so i called in and the support staff fixed it quick and was curtious. Cons : when i arrived at my business the credit card was not working even though it worked the previous day, it was a minor inconvenience and i had to call tech support, where they were able to fix it in a matter of minutes

E and H Homecenter Pros : One of the customer representatives has been a great help to us concerning our inquiries about the system. She is always willing to help and finds ways to benefit our company's till. Cons : Have had small issues in the past with connecting remotely for support because we are located in Haiti.

Adaptive Clothing Store Pros : The call is always informative, Customer rep has been very helpful. Got all my questions answered, no challenges. For support, he manages to find time to call me on a consistent basis. Cons : Would love to be able to link eposnow to the web store I am creating. Have heard of an update that will allow such a thing to happen, just been waiting to know when it is available.
