Does exactly what it says on the tin If you put the time into learning the system, it will fulfil any business need you may have. The system will perfect what I need. Pros : Remote access allows me to work on the business but not having to be there. Once learned the system does everything I could ever need. The software is brilliant. Fantastic customer support Pros : Easy to use and the support team is a great help always. Very fast delivery of equipment and simple to setup Cons : I wish it worked with quick books desktop as I now have to use quick books online instead. But the online version seems more robust so it's ok
Love the support Mineral Springs Resort (Demetrius) Pros : Issue was resolved without any problems and the agent/associate was very professional and knowledgeable Cons : Wait times are longer than expected in the afternoon / minor issues with the vantiv terminal sometimes
Nature's Soul Cafe Pros : Customer service technician helped greatly with all of my issues regarding the Epos staff management. Cons : I am waiting for the launch of the new updated version of the app which I am told comes in July
Misrepresented If you are looking for a low cost system this is the one. However, it will be reflected in the cost and be prepared to pay extra for support. Pros : Ability to access from a home computer. Screens are fairly customizable. If taken the time to set-up prior to use, fairly quick for staff to adjust to. Cons : The additional costs for support The length of time to load screens while making changes/updates The multiple screens required to make changes to an item
Best in Customer Support! Pros : Software is very easy to learn and run smoothly! I can see that the system has so much to offer to help you run your business easily! I am under- using the system for my rental business is simple! Cons : Only one thing that I wish this company would have had is to be able to work with my merchant account processor as I am not convinced using Vantive and Ego, both of this comapany had terrible reviews!
Since installing be an Epos now system it has been great! Since installation an Epos now system Ito our store the support we have received has been excellent. Whatever the issue you can contact them in many ways with a quick response. They will stick with you until your issue is resolved. Pros : Easy to use software Cost effective Sales reporting highlights my best and worst sellers and inventory control saves me hours a month Cons : Took 5 days to get a replacement scanner out but that's about it
Eposnow is a phenomenal software! We began as a very simple bookstore, with only a couple hundred products, and thus very easy to manage. Later on, as the business grew, I realized we needed to move into the future and purchase a point of sale. Eposnow has filled that need like only they can. We originally were bogged down by the fact that some of our books had no barcodes. They were able to teach us to barcode our products, and we could use them in tandem with the pre-barcoded books! Difficult implementation, but lots of potential We are starting feed/retail/animal health products store, and wanted a cloud-based system with more flexibility than the dinosaur server-based systems typically used in our industry. We asked a TON of questions, demoed multiple systems, and decided Epos Now was the best fit; we've had the system for 4 months. Implementation was rough, to say the least.
