Thiago was great in helping us set up … Pros : Customer support representative was great in helping us set up our new EPOS Now system. He was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and getting us started on the right track. We look forward to talking to him in the future if we have any other questions.
Great Customer Support! Pros : My regular support guy was unavailable, so another support stepped in. He was great, mission accomplished! I appreciate how responsive epos now support people are. I have worked in the tech industry for 40 years, and I know good support (and bad support!) when I see it. You folks have very good support!
Helpful Pros : Jess has every helpful and explained every thing to me and made it easy to understand what I was doing. Cons : Had to update my computer before I could use my Epos Now till and it took a little bit longer than we had expected.
Excellent support!! Customer since October 2016 Pros : My implementation manager was very helpful in explaining how the Loyalty program works within EPOSNow. Our issue was resolved quickly and she took the time to show us how to utilize Promotions for the Loyalty customers. Cons : There was an issue with finding where the award points were displayed at on the till side and with how much award was being awarded.

Good system, but the true shining star is one of their employees. Pros : We purchased your POS systems for both of our shops earlier this spring. We were upgrading our Gettysburg shop and opening a new location in Charleston, South Carolina. On the day before our opening, we installed the Bixelon barcode printer, and the plan was to print all of our labels that day so we'd be able to open and take sales the next day, April 1. Staff are very patient and helpful Pros : It does the job we need it to do, haven't used half the features yet but will do in time. The staff are very patient and helpful sorting out problems. Cons : After updates there can be problems logging on however the staff are there to sort the problems out when they arise
E Vapor Hut Would recommend to everyone. Pros : Great job! I've been struggling with setting up the program for weeks and haven't had much success emailing epos. But a customer representative took his time and answered each of my questions! He was very professional and if he didn't have the answer he found it for me! credit card reader not working excellent and curtious support Pros : i was having trouble with the credit card machine not working so i called in and the support staff fixed it quick and was curtious. Cons : when i arrived at my business the credit card was not working even though it worked the previous day, it was a minor inconvenience and i had to call tech support, where they were able to fix it in a matter of minutes
