Great service, with friendly and effective training. The representative has given me some very valuable support. She always had the answer to my questions during our regular sessions. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. A great experience. Cons : Training should be available in blocks of time as opposed to a month.
My Epos Now The product has most of what I was looking for in a POS system. I looked at and went demos for 4 others and they were all missing so much compared to the cost. EPOS Now Very User-Friendly and compatible with Mailchimp, Quickbooks, and other software. Pros : They have several apps you can add on to your convenience and very user friendly.
Modifiable POS System that is easy to use, quick update availability, and economically friendly When researching POS systems, I ran across a plethora of them out there. I set up online displays where I could interact with different systems. The problem I encountered is that we are a hardware, tool, and lumberyard retail store. With this means thousands upon thousands of products, skus, and etc. In addition, lumber prices fluctuate weekly. As a result, we have to have the capability of easily modifying prices. Decent but there are most definitely better options. This software offers adequate features for its price. However, after using it for a short time the problems started to happen and customer support seemed to be unreachable and when unable to resolve this issues on our own we had to make a switch to a new software. Epos Now I do not own any establishment that uses this software. I am a junior in college who had to design a restaurant and pick a POS to use for our establishment. Epos now is what I chose, and to test out the system, I went to a local restaurant that uses it and they allowed me to test out some of the functionality. My honest opinion I have been using this for almost two years. This is the best system I've bought so far. I cant complain. It is easy to use and to get around. My staff love using it, it makes the process so easy and fast.
