E and H Homecenter Pros : One of the customer representatives has been a great help to us concerning our inquiries about the system. She is always willing to help and finds ways to benefit our company's till. Cons : Have had small issues in the past with connecting remotely for support because we are located in Haiti.
Adaptive Clothing Store Pros : The call is always informative, Customer rep has been very helpful. Got all my questions answered, no challenges. For support, he manages to find time to call me on a consistent basis. Cons : Would love to be able to link eposnow to the web store I am creating. Have heard of an update that will allow such a thing to happen, just been waiting to know when it is available.
Xander Markets Inc Pros : Jessica is a wonderful employee and was very helpful today. Thank you for your help with the bulk import app. Cons : Needed to have bulk import manually installed for a second time before the system would recognize it.
Fantastic support Pros : Fantastic support team, they solve all my problems extremely efficiently and have a sense of humour too. Nice to speak to such a cheerful team. Well done. Cons : On this occasion I called on a Monday morning so did not need to wait very long on hold but sometimes I have to wait 10-15 minites.
Delighted with my new EPOS system Pros : I'm delighted with my new EPOS system, it's efficient and modern and once I've gotten more to grips with it I'm excited to start using all the features. Cons : I haven't got any cons so far as I've recently started using the system.
Everything in one box! Still getting to know the system so I'm sure we will be able to provide better feedback in the future . I do know there is more functionality than you could ever wish for . Pros : The clocking in functionality will help us to save alot of money and the telephone support has been second to none , with all the hundreds of questions I need to ask being answered clearly. Very Helpful Pros : Agents are very friendly and helpful, I was able to call in and have a agent remote in and fix my card machine. Cons : We've had a few issue with the card, and employee swipe cards, but those issue were able to be resolved.
Epos Now review was called and informed that changes can be made to the system in due time due to the hard work of the software team. Pros : Great service, very helpful from purchase to setup and everyday use. Being in the medical field, it's somewhat complicated to find a POS that will allow our business to look clean. Would recommend this product to every busy. Cons : My only negative is that the miscellaneous products does not have a set cost price that I can attach it to. Elk Harbor was very nice and i cant thank her enough for getting our inventory in as fast as we have been sending it she was awesome thank you Pros : Our implementation manager jessica was very helpful and understanding with us she was able to answer all of the questions we ask her she walked us through all of our back office and showed us how everything worked then she walked us through our pos side also Cons : Waiting for the newly added integrated app Appointedd to be available for use with booking our customers
