"EPOSNOW software review" Pros: The till at the forefront for staff is easy to use Cons: It is not easy to run reports and set up products especially when cost prices and sale prices can change. The stock take functionality is also not the easiest to use and monitor from a staff and management perspective Overall: Getting a new till system installed is simple abd a good experience when setting up a new part of the business.

"Epos Now Review" Pros: EASE OF USE DESIGN SUPPORT AND TRAINING FROM TECHNICAL CENTRE INFORMATION AT THE PRESS OF A BUTTON Cons: CHANGING BETWEEN CASH OPERATORS IS A BIT SLOW Overall: The ease in which cash handlers can use the system. Saving money and time because the system is geared to retail.

"Easy to learn" Pros: It is Simple to understand, and fast setup. Our employees aren't techy, but Everything worked right out of the box. Cons: But it's a little slow sometimes between back-office and the till, I believe because the hardware is dated Overall: I like it a lot, but I'm still learning how to blend it with my accounting (Quickbooks)

"Dedicated customer service" Pros: cloud based system 24 hour support. 99% able to get through. .Pricing was great no contract. monthly payments. Cons: Dont like some of the functionality Orders jump from person to person if opening check. Se er ms like still in developing stages Overall: Customer service rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was awesome and very helpful. Especially on the day before my opening he. He made sure ii was ready to go!!!!

"Customer Service" Pros: Professional, courtesy and respectful to their customers. Representatives go out of their way to assure the problem you are experiencing is resolved 100% Cons: there is not anything I can think of at this time that would classify as a con based on all the positive experiences I have had dealing with their IT department as of late. "Best Epos system on the market" Pros: Straight forward to use with logical operating system integrates with other systems easily and seemlessly - the team at Eposnow offer second to none support with full programming and setup assistance on and off site - they set it all up remotely for me and when the day of changeover came it’s was literally 5mins and the old out of date system was out and my brand new all singing all dancing Eposnow system was up and taking money ! - the after support has been awesome not that there has ... read more

"Overall a simple system to use" Pros: Pretty simple to manage basic point of sale and stock. Customer service is always above and beyond my expectations. Cons: I would have preferred that it came with a manual so I could read it home how to use all the different functions rather than on line. I would rather have simply bought it outright then have it constantly be updated, changed and pay monthly for it.

"Awesome" Pros: Everything, great system to have for a small or large business Cons: When items are on sale they need to remain at the listed price on tabs even when the sale is over. Overall: None

"Customer oriented" Pros: I can keep track of ingredient inventory Cons: iPad didn't work well with it. We purchased the touch screen Overall: Dedicated technical help made all the difference
