"Easy to use POS" Pros: Easy to access modules. As a beginner, I don't find any trouble navigating and using this software because the things I needed is directly present in the home screen. All I need to do is just click and type. Cons: Support do take a while to answer your call, although I have only noticed this recently. Their stationary (till rolls etc can seem a little pricey) but you aren't bound to buy from them.
"Great Analytics" Pros: This software provides very good for generating insights to make informed business decisions. It’s cloud-based but also enables offline till operations until you are back online, then it synchronizes. Cons: Upload of stock in bulk is challenging & laborious. You have to purchase another software from epos to enable bulk upload of new stock.

"Maribeth Tibal- PRODUCT DEVELOPER (APPAREL)" Pros: -Indeed portrays ease of access and modes are customer friendly -Dashboard information are easy to evaluate Cons: -Cannot easily re evaluate concerns from the customer service -There are still areas to improve especially on importing data which can be recover from excel Overall: I will certainly recommends this to small sized business
"Great feature rich POS" Pros: Great feature rich POS, and good value for money. We have managed to setup everything as required for our Dessert Shop using Eposnow system. The customer service was amazing and our implementation manager worked with us to ensure all of our questions were answered throughout the initial setup. Cons: I still have a lot to explore on the Back Office to implement stock level controls, but I would recommend EposNow to anyone.
"I've been using EposNow for 2 years, I would greatly recommend! " Pros: Insights into sales, stock, customer loyalty all on dashboard and easy to read. There is so much I can do in the back office, I'm still learning new things 2 years on and am still very impressed with what I am able to do! Support are brilliant, always very friendly and helpful. "Epos Now" Pros: Very good deal for your money, Very functional software system, Very easy to understand and train employees on Cons: Without support ticket, long wait times to customer service at certain times of the day but they are continually working on improving this
"I am satisfied with this system very easy to use" Pros: Very easy to understand and use. Customer service was very nice and helpful with providing me with the information I needed to get me thru the problem I was facing. Cons: Couldn't connect to printer as easy as expected . It kept saying I was in Canada
"Helpe and organizes alot of my business" Pros: The features and functionnality. This software overall is perfect, 24/7 support, they do their job very well
