Very Helpful Pros : The support staff was very helpful. He was able to answer and explain all questions I had. He was also able to install all drivers needed for my Till to work as we continued to work and help customers on our other device. We are very happy to be using EposNow for our business. Cons : There were a couple of issue I had with my cash drawer but I was able to call in and have an agent looking in it now. Other than that things have been good.
Casual Living Pros : Since choosing EPOS Now for our POS system at our retail store, I have been working closely with a technician in Customer Support. Even when I am frustrated and facing a difficult challenge, they have been calm and professional and always ease my mind that nothing is insurmountable. Cons : While I can't say that my experience in trying to install a POS system has been easy, I can say that my technician has been so attentive to my needs and has gone over and above in helping me get this going.
great customer service Pros : Rep gave great customer service and was able to get our issue fixed in timely manner, He know how to resolve the issue as soon as we called in Cons : Nothing too serious, we had an issue with using the customer template at one point in time, but after talking to a rep we figured out what the issue was.
Slow and difficult Difficult to get resolution on some issues. If they don't have an answer they ignore you. Pros : The system has many good features for a large organization, but this complexity can also make the system difficult to use. Cons : The layout is not compact and especially difficult when using a touchscreen. Label generated through the app is slow and the apps in general are slow and difficult.
Best example of an Epos system on the market Pros : I've seen and used other Epos systems and this is by far the best in terms of ease of use, layout and the support staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a Guide Me feature that enables me to learn how to use the system in my own time. Cons : It would be useful if there was a printed guide for the system so that I wouldn't have to be physically using the system in order to be learning it.
Does exactly what it says on the tin If you put the time into learning the system, it will fulfil any business need you may have. The system will perfect what I need. Pros : Remote access allows me to work on the business but not having to be there. Once learned the system does everything I could ever need. The software is brilliant. Cons : Time is needed to initially set up the system but with training, this isn't a massive issue. Fantastic customer support Pros : Easy to use and the support team is a great help always. Very fast delivery of equipment and simple to setup Cons : I wish it worked with quick books desktop as I now have to use quick books online instead. But the online version seems more robust so it's ok
Love the support Mineral Springs Resort (Demetrius) Pros : Issue was resolved without any problems and the agent/associate was very professional and knowledgeable Cons : Wait times are longer than expected in the afternoon / minor issues with the vantiv terminal sometimes
Nature's Soul Cafe Pros : Customer service technician helped greatly with all of my issues regarding the Epos staff management. Cons : I am waiting for the launch of the new updated version of the app which I am told comes in July
