"Product Review" Pros: This software has provided us with a stable POS system to manage our on-site stores, including our inventory management, which has increased sales. Also, the technical staff has been very helpful answering questions in a timely manner. Cons: Can't even think of anything at this time! Overall: Prior to Epos Now, we had unstable software which was not user friendly for our employees. We now can provide fast and efficient training to our employees and know we can easily troubleshoot any issues that arise.
"Epos Now user" Pros: works well for what we do. I do like the Epos Now Community. It has helped a alot. I would like to be able to send invoices fro the system as well as have a manual. Cons: No supportive literature. The program seems written for British companies not so much American. I cant email invoices.
"Works for our store!" Pros: Flexibility and customization of the software. Cons: Integrations - We have a few integrations - Shopify, Mail Chimp (which was discontinued), Postal options, etc. The integration we're least pleased with is Shopify. Everything is an add on which makes it hard for small startups. Overall: Overall, the flexibility and customization is the best feature and the reason we stay. In addition, Epos is always updating and improving! Very helpful customer service group!
"Flexible and allows for great book keeping integration " Pros: Ability to integrate it with my clients existing accounting software and little to no downtime Cons: None so far but tech support hasn’t been great.
"Epos Now retail software" Pros: The customer support is the best thing about EposNow. The reps were always available to make sure that everything worked 100% the way we needed. Many thanks! Cons: There are no specific defects or problems with the software.

"A great POS and back end solution" Pros: Ease of use, great support, versatility - takes VERY LITTLE training. Love that it works with Paypal. Cons: Limitations on creating labels, lack of ecommerce interface - we only have one location and really need Deliveroo. Overall: I have very few negative things to say about EPOS Now. We love it! "Epos Now not great" Pros: We mostly like the look of the pos screen and ease of use of the pos. We also like that it has a time clock feature. Cons: I don't like that everything costs extra. I think you should be able to do bulk transfers without paying extra for it. I'd also like to see a loyalty program as part of the system.

"Very useful system for SME" Pros: The software is easy to use and can be edited to suit your business needs with time saving folders. It also has a very user friendly interface that can be picked up in minutes making it great for getting new employees up to speed Cons: Updating the software was a little tricky but with the help of the telephone team this issue was resolved pretty quickly.
