Modifiable POS System that is easy to use, quick update availability, and economically friendly When researching POS systems, I ran across a plethora of them out there. I set up online displays where I could interact with different systems. The problem I encountered is that we are a hardware, tool, and lumberyard retail store. Decent but there are most definitely better options. This software offers adequate features for its price. However, after using it for a short time the problems started to happen and customer support seemed to be unreachable and when unable to resolve this issues on our own we had to make a switch to a new software. Epos Now I do not own any establishment that uses this software. I am a junior in college who had to design a restaurant and pick a POS to use for our establishment. Epos now is what I chose, and to test out the system, I went to a local restaurant that uses it and they allowed me to test out some of the functionality. My honest opinion I have been using this for almost two years. This is the best system I've bought so far. I cant complain. It is easy to use and to get around. My staff love using it, it makes the process so easy and fast.
