"Happy with the system " Pros: I use the product every day and am happy with the ease of use. Everyone picked it up quickly and the system is working for the business. I don’t have any issues with the system and am going to integrate with my payment provider. I have never had any need to phone the customer support team but know they are there if I need anything. "Excellent company so far" Pros: Excellent company so far! Tried the free trial which helped to get used to the system then when we were ready they created a bespoke package for us. Have already used support to help us with our menu programming. Can’t wait to get the system up and running. Cons: When phoning Support I have sometimes waited a while to get through to them. Other than that, they have been an excellent company.

"One of the best in the market" Pros: customer service agent did a fantastic job during my one-day training course. Before the training day the system seemed quite difficult to navigate however now a week later I'm really enjoying using the system and can see why it's regarded as one of the best in the market. What's been the most impressive about them is that after the training was finished he wasn't uncontactable, via email he has helped me with numerous queries after the training which is above and beyond what I expected!

"Customer service and integrations " Pros: Customer Service Reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. The software is pretty straightforward and easy to use Cons: . Overall: Customer service agent did everything he could to help me and stuck with me till it was resolved. Great job!

"Initial Setup of Hardware was very easy, staff was incredibly helpful" Pros: The customer service reps there are very professional, and know how to get you setup pretty quickly. They also have been very willing to facilitate any and all trainging and answering software related questions. Great experience Cons: . Overall: Agent did a great job during our intial setup. He was very helpful

"I would highly recommend your firm and staff to anyone. " Pros: I cannot thank you enough for the very efficient treatment we have received today when we could not get our epos system working. "I am impressed with the Eposnow POS system and service" Pros: I am impressed with the Eposnow POS system and service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to whoever is seriously thinking about a point of sale system. it is one thing to own a system but it is another thing to be able to help when things go wrong (and they sometimes will). Eposnow has a knowledgeable team who know what they are doing and is always ready to help.
