100% not recommended to small business - Poor customer service - Slow payment receiving system - 100% no proper support received from EPOS NOW. DO NOT USE EPOSNOW Absolutely disgusting. Has caused me the most stress this year than anything else. PROS The low eftpos percentage rate. Sucked me in. Not worth the stress EposNow has caused me at all. CONS Double charged me for 3 months despite me telling them each month that this was happening! Associates and trainers are clearly not trained to do their jobs and have little to no understanding of their own products. It’s incredibly frustrating to call for support, only to be left on hold indefinitely until you’re forced to hang up.
