"EPOS Engineer was absolutely brilliant " Pros: Lewis the EPOS Engineer was absolutely brilliant. I cannot stress enough how patient and helpful he was. He was very clear in his instructions and answered all our questions really comprehensively. He was easy to approach and has a superb professional manner. "Fantastic service" Pros: Fantastic Service from start to finish, Amar Mehta went out of his way on many occasions to help us , and made setting up the whole system so easy, he is a credit to your company and i would recommend him to anyone with epos now. Cons: It would be useful to be able to edit orders after they have been put through if a customer changes their mind.

After speaking with one of the point of sales consultants, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, he recommended the right products for my new business after listening to my requirements. "Breath of fresh air " Pros: Following a very poor service from other provider it was a 'breath of fresh air' when we started to talk to Alkis at Epos now. It is early stages of our dealings with the company but if their product we have purchased and the rest of the service they supply is as good as that we have received so far from Alkis we will be really pleased. Cons: I had a bad experience with another provider but I am happy with the product I have purchased from Epos Now.
