"Received the software a few days ago" Pros: Received the software a few days ago. It has been amazing so far. Customer support is definitely worth it! Thank you, customer rep for your patience and kind support! Ali is here, I really do appreciate the kind help and support which support team did for us.
"Fantastic system " Pros: Fantastic system, simple to use, easy to manage products and stock. The staff were even better, was a massive help with the training and was always interested to assist with any questions. Would recommend to anyone interested in Epos systems. Overall: Very happy with Epos system and don't have any suggestions for improvement at the moment. Finding the system easy to use.
"Simple and easy" Pros: Buying an EPOS system for my new business was simple and easy. I was guided through the options and received one to one training on how to set it up. Customer support was extremely patient as I am not a computer whizz.
"Support lines" Pros: All day your support lines have been patient and super helpful...can't fault this department at all. Happy with the system and enjoying the experience with Epos Now. Support employees have been patient and super helpful.
"Would recommend" Pros: After dealing with some express and direct epos dimwit's these guys brought a ray of light to what I thought was going to be a dark and expensive failure. Epos Now helped me set up in minutes and one of the customer reps. was more than helpful in showing me around the various functions of their software. "EPOs Back Office set up from the begining ." Pros: On Wednesday 20th September 2017 I was having some problems trying to log in to the back Office on our EPOs till. I phoned the support line in the morning & was connected to a 1st line support Agent. I explained the problem & it was agreed that she would phone me back at 4pm to help resolve the problem. We have recently changed company names over & there had been a mix up about which account etc. was still active ( our fault ). she phoned at 4pm prompt then kindly spent the... read more
"Hazel Howat" Pros: Hazel was amazing! Really patient and caring with my problems, and there were definitely a few. Would definitely recommend her help in particular to anyone calling in, will be asking for her if I ever have an issue again. Cons: Some of the stock management is a little clunky but it's likely we will get used to this over time using it.
"Lukas is awesome" Pros: Lukas is an awesome employee. He helped me a lot today to solve my problem. He is always helpful person when it comes to understanding my back office. Cons: With the hurricane that just hit Florida I was unable to get a hold of the support team. I understand that wasn't their fault though.
"Lukas spent quality time with me" Pros: Lukas spent quality time with me walking me through so much valuable information. A credit to the team. I am in his debt.
