"good support on startup" Pros: good support, quick, efficient. will continue to work with them. They called in exactly when they said they would. There is still some setup to do, but I am confident that eposnow will be there to help me. Cons: We got disconnected during the call for a but. It seemed to be a problem with their connection. Made for a little longer of a phone call.

"Lukas was a great help" Pros: Lukas was a great help to get all my problems solves in a quick manner. The Eposnow team has great customer service. Cons: I am uploading my products using excel and it can be kind of difficult to navigate. Also I always have to format the file to text.

"Very Helpful" Pros: Very fast and helpful service, was able to help me install software and get printer and cash drawer back up and running Cons: I was having problems where I was unable to sign out of a demo account that was made for me, but the agent showed me a work around to avoid that problem in the future.

"The support staff was very personable and patient" Pros: The support staff was very personable and patient in integrating my credit card account. He kept a conversation flowing, and did his best to make the experience as painless as possible. I appreciate the friendly support that this company provides. Cons: We had a little connectivity issues which made it run a bit slow. It took a little more time than expected.

"Customer support representative helped me today and was very …" Pros: Customer support representative helped me today and was very helpful and professional i thank him so much for his patience great customer service! Cons: I was unable to figure out how to use my credit card hardware. But was able to at the end of the call.

"Extremely Satisfied" Pros: Epos Now has been extremely helpful with getting my system set up and ready before my store opening. The representatives are always very professional and polite and get done what is needed, no matter how difficult the issue. Cons: I have only been using Epos Now for a couple of months now but the one con that i have noticed is that my package arrived a few days later than scheduled, this turned out to be because i purchased on a Friday afternoon. i currently do not have any negative comments towar... read more

"Does what it says and then some..." Pros: After evaluating a number of potential EPOS solutions for our business we decided that the Epos Now solution was a close watch to our required specification, functionality and ease of use. It provided all of our essential hardware and software requirements and many 'nice to haves' that were on our original list. "Customer support representative was superb!" Pros: Customer support representative in support was superb today i had a couple of problems, solved very efficiently and quickly. Cons: we've been with epos now since 2015 and apart from some long wait times for support there have been very few issues

The session was conducted by customer support team and was made easy by his willingness to listen and be very patient.
