"Epos Now review" Pros: excellent support representative! He answered all of our questions very quickly and efficiently while resolving all of our problems. He also recommended a few options that would benefit us using the Eposnow POS system. I could tell that he knew what he was talking about and am confident that he would be able to help our company with any other problems or questions that would arise in the future! Cons: I do not have much time to get everything setup. I wish I could get this system set up a bit faster.
"The customer support has been extremely helpful" Pros: One of the customer representative has been extremely helpful and courteous today. My information was entered all wrong, and today Lukas helped me understand how to use the system, and offered to untangle the mess that was made. Cons: Before customer support untangled the mess the system seemed very chaotic, but now that it is all squared away I love my Eposnow system.
"One of the customer rep was fantastic to work with" Pros: He was fantastic to work with. Always quick to respond, easy to work with and helped me a lot. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was great. Cons: The barcodes for what ever reason would not scan. I just closed the program and re opened it so it could sync and it worked perfectly.
"Great service!" Pros: Fast responses to questions. Resolved problem quickly and was very friendly and helpful. I am really enjoying this software's functionality.
"Very Knowledgeable " Pros: We were having problems using our receipt printer but we call in to David and he was able to remote in to our system and get our printer up and running and set us up with the booking app for our business. Cons: The only issue we've running into so far was the issue with the receipt printer but was able to get that resolved.
"I have literally never had a better …" Pros: I have literally never had a better customer service experience than i have with Epos Now. Our business is unique and was always going to throw up some teething problems implementing the software but their friendly attentive service and attention to the tiniest detail or issue was incredible. I can not recommend EposNow enough after having such a terrible experience with Intelligent POS. "Amari was great and very helpful. " Pros: He helped me set up 2 of my printers and fire open my cash drawer. His service was very streamlined and he told me it was his first day, he did a good job for that. Cons: The whole set up is kind of complicated. It should be simple to just plug up a receipt printer and cash drawer, but my problem is fixed and I know what to do now for future reference.
"Customer support representative " Pros: spoke to Customer support representative. He was absolutely fantastic at resolving the problem. He this this extremely fluently and with great care and patience A credit to a great POS provider. Cons: Was unable to print receipt at the beginning of my call, thought it be a simple set up, but was able to set it up with help of support.
"Excellent support " Pros: I had to learn the Epos system in double quick time and support agent was very helpful talking me through what I needed to know. We didn't have as many training sessions as I would have liked (my fault not his!) but it was a pleasure talking to customer service agent and he was very patient with me.
