"Incredible service !" Pros: Incredible service! We have been using the services of Epos now since starting our site shop 18 months ago - the product has proved excellent over this time, and i must say that the service from the support team most recently was incredible. "I did a lot of research before deciding..." Pros: I did a lot of research before deciding on Epos Now. Competitively priced with gold functionality and ability to integrate. Our implementation manager was great and got us up and running and we are now trading. Cons: We had a little issue around delivery. We were on a short timeline but they pulled it out the bag in the end. Overall: Lots more to learn I'm sure but great system.

"Excellent service and support" Pros: I received excellent service and support from Ash recently. He was through and patient in helping me with my epos problem. Thank you. Cons: Sometimes the wait for support can be quite long but recently it's not been too bad. That's really the only con I've experienced.

"Excellent Customer Service" Pros: When I called customer service. He was amazing and resolved all the queries that I had through remote support. He explained everything clearly as he resolved the issues and not once did I feel that I was been rushed. One very happy customer, thank you Cons: I was a bit skeptical about remote support at first thinking it would be a nightmare if we had a serious problem but it works brilliantly

"Epos Now review" Pros: Customer rep. was very helpful to get me to understand the software and also his customer service is excellent. Cons: I did not like how internet explorer was unable to run the eposnow software. I use internet explorer for everything.

"Great Help" Pros: Customer rep. was a great help and he was on top of his work. The software fits our needs nicely and I look forward to continuing our relationship with Epos Now. Cons: Unfortunately I didn't want to get on the phone and had to because live chat wasn't available. They said the US is working on getting it soon though.

"Customer rep. was very helpful" Pros: Customer rep. was very helpful in solving my issues. I am very pleased with Epos now - I have only been working with it for a few days but I know it is going to work much easier than my other POS system Cons: Live chat is not currently available in the United States. Sometimes getting on the phone can be a hassle so I can't wait for that feature to be available for me.
