FAKE ADVERTISING WITH NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT THE WORST INVESTMENT !!! I CAN NOT RECCOMEND IT TO ANYONE. This is by far the WORST COMPANY EVER. Horrible..... i have a better time talking to my 4 year old. no one knows what to do at this company. as far as im concerned this company is a SCAM ALERT!!!! they will promise you perfection almost make it sound too good to be true.... because it 100% is. they are not located in the us so have fun getting any customer service out of them. Poor communication Pros : I like that on the surface it appears to have all the functionality necessary for managing pricing and inventory of multiple locations from a corporate office. But once you aquire the system the problems seem to be endless and support is hopeless! Cons : Support is a joke! They promise to call back and never do. You make multiple requests for assistance and then some of the support team are inexperienced in the retail industry therefore unable to provide assistance or answers. complete and utter disaster!!! I ordered this because i need a pos system for my fireworks stand. The epuipment came but customer service never contacted me ti shiw me how to use it! i never could get it to work so i never used it. i call customer service countless times and never could resolve the issue.They quit answering my call so i couldnt even return the equipment to get a refund and now they have charged me an addition 185 bucks in a system that was never used and agin i cant get on touch with anyone ti resolve my iss... read more
Sold a lemon Quick to sell but fail to deliver Pros : I do not like much about them. Their customer service team answer their phones quickly or call you back quickly Cons : Their sales people lie about functionality to get a sale. The system does not manage stock. We've had to have 4 payment terminals replaced that stop working during busy periods. This is after the damage has already been done to our business. Reason For Choosing :No upfront capital cost
Run away from Epos now But perhaps the worst part of my experience with Eposnow was the unexpected bills. I signed up for their service based on their promise of no hidden costs, but****** ONE YEAR after using******their system, I was hit with an unexpected bill for services I never agreed to. Don't do it. I chose this because it was going to integrate with Qb's Enterprise. Far from it. Pros : Nothing. I never even opened the boxes.. Cons : The primary problem I had was when they said it can integrate with Qb's. That is a far cry from integrating. They gave me a bunch of spreadsheets and tried to explain it but eventually said I needed to "figure it out". I put a lot of time and effort into making this work to no avail. Probably the worst investment we have ever made We purchased the hardware, waited and waited and waited for setup and initial training. Took so long for eposnow to organise we decided to opt or another provider who we have multiple outlets running their service. EposNow didnt take the new equipment back, or respond to our emails. Their lose i guess. Pros : We never got the opportunity to see what we liked the most. Cons : The service once the hardware had been purchased.
