Get directions"Reliable" Pros: Reliable, fast and easy to work with! I was promised a welcome call within the first few days and they made sure to do that! Cons: They happen to call me at a time where I was unable to really talk but we got it rescheduled and taken care of.

Cons: I was told my retail manager that there was no way to program a discount in dollars, only in percentage. Can't believe its true, but she swears she searched the system and couldn't find it. "Great Customer Support!" Pros: My regular support guy was unavailable, so another support stepped in. He was great, mission accomplished! I appreciate how responsive epos now support people are. I have worked in the tech industry for 40 years, and I know good support (and bad support!) when I see it. You folks have very good support!
"Epos Now review" Pros: Customer support has been very helpful with the issues we were having with the credit card system. I highly recommend epos.
"Might be good but not for us." Pros: Nice design with colors, clear to understand , easy to use, quiet convenient with everything stored on the same place. Cons: Features not specially enough to pay for it. I still be able to access my documents from anywhere without paying. Processing payment method is limited. It seems very useful for restaurant and order but might not enough for rooms retailer like us.
"Helpful" Pros: Jess has every helpful and explained every thing to me and made it easy to understand what I was doing. Cons: Had to update my computer before I could use my Epos Now till and it took a little bit longer than we had expected.
