Just got off the phone with 2 of there sales people! They pretty much go away once you listen to there talk and tell them you will think about it and do some research. They did not seem to appreciate me not giving them a credit card number today and said the offer will go away after today! I thanked them and they hung up. Basically I would have payed them somewhere in the ballpark of $5000 over the 3 years for 5 years of a covered period ? If I understand it all correctly?
No doubt that this is the same outfit behind the relentless calls from ******************* calling about my, and everyone elses, cars extended warranty. When I threaten to report them to the *** and my states Attorney General, the calls just keep coming from a different department. It took receiving a letter to have a name to associate with the calls.The real one star review, here, has to go to the Better Business Bureau. If this company can attain accreditation, the entire business model must be a joke.
This place sent me a letter with NO LETTERHEAD and when I asked where did you get my name, he couldnt even tell me. I gave him theapproval number but then he asked me for the mileage on my car!!! I received a flyer in the mail stating my cars warranty is well past expired. I called the company I have warranty through and was assured I'm still covered. Per Evercare, the warranty I have is bogus. They referred me to ****** the company I currently have and just look at the reviews, which are very good. They just called me and told me that I did not have any warranty on my 2021 RAV4, and argued with me and Belittled me as best they could very unprofessional bullies. These people are relentless and never state who they are in their mailings...I have received no less than 3 "Final Notice" mailings over the last few months. This group is deceiving by not including their company name anywhere in the mailings thus leading someone to believe this is from ***** directly. I would never give my business to a company like this!
