SCAM junk mail fraud predatory business practices. Last October I purchased a new to me (used) vehicle. I do not know how *************************** got my snail mail information, but I was assured that my state DMV did not provide it. O stars or even negative ones. It is disappointing that BBB would rate this company the way they do with the number of complaints that they have against them. Shame on you BBB. Anyone who gets a phone call or mail from this company should read all of the reviews before doing business with them. This is a scam...sent me a notice in the mail stating my coverage is expiring. I just bought my car a year ago with a ****** mile warranty so I knew something wasn't right....I called the number and they asked me several questions and wanted me to verify my answer and read my purchase contract to them....I FLAT REFUSED! I HUNG UP AND BLOCK THE NUMBER!

I have experienced Evercare 'Protection' as a big scam. Months ago, after purchasing my new Lexus car from the Lexus showroom, I got a piece of mail informing me that my car warranty had expired. I already purchased a warranty on my car when I bought it, and had recently been to the dealership, I believed that I was receiving correct information regarding a real warranty expiration.
