SCAM junk mail fraud predatory business practices. Last October I purchased a new to me (used) vehicle. O stars or even negative ones. It is disappointing that BBB would rate this company the way they do with the number of complaints that they have against them. Shame on you BBB. Anyone who gets a phone call or mail from this company should read all of the reviews before doing business with them. I called in after getting their mailer saying my warranty on my brand new 2023 was expiring. I asked the salesperson where they obtained my information. This is a scam...sent me a notice in the mail stating my coverage is expiring. I just bought my car a year ago with a ****** mile warranty so I knew something wasn't right....I called the number and they asked me several questions and wanted me to verify my answer and read my purchase contract to them....I FLAT REFUSED! I HUNG UP AND BLOCK THE NUMBER!

I have experienced Evercare 'Protection' as a big scam. Months ago, after purchasing my new Lexus car from the Lexus showroom, I got a piece of mail informing me that my car warranty had expired. I already purchased a warranty on my car when I bought it, and had recently been to the dealership, I believed that I was receiving correct information regarding a real warranty expiration. Shady.Great advertising scheme, right from ***************************** cell.****** was great, explained that it only took five minutes of my time to explain to him that I already have coverage. I was unaware it was an expectation set upon myself when buying a car, shame on the dealership for not explaining. if you don't call, you can expect an excessive number of rebuking notifications. I continue to receive these 'mysterious' letters with NO IDENTIFYING information about your company, just a random 888 number and a scare tactic to active coverage before it's too late. I called the number to ask why I keep receiving these as I already have a warranty. The person I spoke with said the mystery company is Evercare and to look it up on BBB. I don't understand why you can't just be straightforward and send a letter WITH YOUR COMPANY INFORMATION ON IT stating that you provide extended warranties and IF we are int... read more
