Repaired my leaky shower quick and easy and were competitive on price. Thought I may have to get behind the wall to replace the valve body but they were able to replace the carriage no problem. Very helpful, accommodative, and efficient.

We had a leak coming from the upstairs plumbing and called Excel. Luke texted with a picture when he was on his way, and showed up on time. He was able to figure out the main drain line was blocked causing water to back up. He was able to rod it and fix the problem! He also noticed our wax seal under the toilet was not sealed properly so he replaced that as well. My water heater went out on new year's eve and I couldn't get it relit. I called a few plumbers and they all wanted to charge me an emergency fee of $200 to come out that day for an estimate. Excel was on-site for a FREE estimate within a few hours. The plumber (Dan) got our pilot light relit and didn't even charge us for it, just wrote up an estimate for a new heater. Fantastic. I am extremely picky with my house and I want things done perfect. Excel sent Dennis over to go over all the work I am planning to do over the next 6 months and patiently explained everything (the issues, the process, the equipment). He emailed me an estimate shortly afterwards (including part numbers) and was really good at email communication back and forth. 100% recommend. The professionalism started with Maureen responding immediately to set-up the estimate. The day of the appt, I received both a call and a text with a picture of Luigi who was on his way. Having the picture of the person coming into my home was a nice extra measure of security that I appreciated. Ronnie did a great job, came over to see what was going on with my sewer and possibly may found what the issue maybe but unsure yet but guided me to another dept within his company. Ronnie was very informative, helping, and knowledgeable in his craft.

Everything went very well. They came out very shortly after being called to fix my broken water heater and replaced it same day for a very reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.
