I moved into the storage from leaving a storage in Oakland (Storage Mart burglarize). The staff at this location were more than helpful, understanding, reliable, and very informative. I could basically go on and on how great the staff at this location were. I would definitely recommend this storage due to the safe and clean environment. I just want to say thank you to the staff for giving me such a great experience and an affordable safe unit. Their customer service is skills on point also

Oliver explained the process over the phone along with fees before coming in. We came in, had a great tour. He gave us different options and let us see them. He showed us each vital part of the storage area, such as the lift, stairs, easy access, etc. He walked us through the proceed with confidence and ease. They also take COVID precautions here very seriously! It smells so good in their office, keep distance and sanitize everything in front of you before you touch it. We are very happy with our rental. I've only had a great experience here..reasonable rate for a small storage space, easy to make payments and access was always on point. That being said, I am moving to different storage company where I can get a fairly larger storage unit for a slightly higher price. The comparable unit would have been much too expensive at Extra Space Storage. Otherwise, I would still recommend them if you need a safe, secure location for the short term.

I have been a "member " of Extra Space Storage for almost 5 years. Recently, I was finally able to get rid of a lot of stuff & downsize to a smaller unit. The staff were amazing. They took me to check out different units to see which one would suit ME best, not the company. Tasha was great at explaining the whole process (including all fees) and was very patient with me. Big shoutout to Tasha, assistant store manager as well as the store manager and really all the staff here for making us feel warm and welcome. My wife and I recently moved back from Hawaii and unlike most storage unit they're not just looking to fill another space, they took their time to really get to know us, our situation and what would suit us best. We will never store our stuff anywhere and we really appreciate you guys, thanks so much!

The staff is nice, the space is fine. But nobody warned me that rent would go up $10 after only 5 months and then go up $10 again 8 months after that. So TWO rent hikes, from $68 to $78 to $88/month from June 2018 to June 2019. Previously, I had a larger space with CSI storage on Alameda Point and the staff was also nice, the space was great, and my rate never went up. I switched to Extra Space because CSI doesn't have the option of smaller units. And it was a great rate. Temporarily. So, to those considering the smalle... read more
