I dont like the way Oliver treated me today. it was disrespectful and dismissive. upon getting off the phone, I said thank you and he hung up on me. very RUDE! The rent keeps going up and for that I will not be treated like that. I'm moving my stuff definitely

So, we just got a bill raising our rent $80.00 which they just raised it March 2021 so, in 12 months they raised the rent $93.00. They decided to add new gates and now they want people to pay for their upgrades. It was great for the first few years - now, they are really taking advantage. Look for a better space. There is a reason the reviews are no good!! You will get taken for a ride here!!! We are currently looking to move as our rent has gone way up!

My rent of $110 SKYROCKETED TO 180+ after only 3 months! Only after calling them did they bring it back down to $167! They said it was a "Promotional price" - The confirmation email I got said the "Promo" was n/a - very suspect. When I checked my rental agreement carefully it DID say it was a promo price...and that the market price was 164, so, THEY'RE STILL RIPPING ME OFF EVEN AFTER I TALKED THEM DOWN TO A LOWER PRICE AFTER THEY JACKED UP THE PRICE.

Very upset with this place . I recently move my storage unit from one city to the other less then 5 months ago. I found this place to have a better rate than Public S. , however I was shocked when they Hiked my monthly rate by more than 45 % this last month. I wouldn't waste your time using this storage facility. It's has low ratings for a reason. They raise their prices every 6 months or so & add on insurance & admin fees. I just found a larger unit for the same price that DOESN'T charge insurance (optional) or admin fees. Bring your own lock or purchase one of their overpriced options. I've seen homeless, drugged out people hanging out in their storage smoking cigarettes. I needed storage for a short period of time while some work was done at our house, and chose to go with extra space where stored many valuables important to me. So I was infuriated when after just three weeks when I went to check in my things and begin to move out and I found EVERYTHING COVERED WITH A NASTY BLACK DUST. When I called to complain the employee told me that they had just resurfaced the driveways and the contractor rushed to finish the job and it was from asphalt. Yuck. Sadly, I'm having to downgrade my previous review because of the difficulties I encountered closing out our account. We were told that if we were unable to vacate the unit by the end of our monthly rental the rent would be prorated for the month. Well this was not so. We paid for the next full month but when we emptied the unit we did not receive a refund. Rent goes UP & UP & UP & UP EVERY 6 months or LESS! And it's NOT SECURE! The units are HOT in the summer and WET after rain. Theres barb wire on the parameter fence- to the end and HEY! No barb wire! Easy access! If you do plan to rent here -GET INSURANCE! Since I did my last review the rent has gone up at least 3 times. It is now $143 per month. Nothing has really changed at the facility. I don't see any new or extra security. It looks basically the same as when I first got my unit. The only reason I stay at this facility is due to the convenience for me. Just want people to be aware that you will get a great price in the beginning but it doesn't last for very long.
