I have had many different storage facilities, however Extra Space Storage is by far the Best!!!! Micheal is an amazing employee. He makes all of my need happen. This place is always clean no todents or bugs. He is quite professional and very pleasant. All of the staff that i have sealt with are great! Micheal is the shining star for this company!

I've used different storage places. This is by far the best service and location I've been too. Best costume service on the phone! Free lock/keys included. I was greeting and guided to my storage by Michael. He's always a great help and is ready to assist anytime. The location is kept clean and fresh. I will definitely be spreading the word about this place!

Do I know anything about storage? No. Do I have a lot of stuff that needs to be stored? Yes. SO much stuff. I can't recommend this location enough for how helpful they are and patient with someone like me. Shout out to Michael for customer service too--every time I call he is kind and helpful. There's lots of Extra Space locations in this part of town, but I definitely recommend this one for the ways it rises above.

I used this facility for about 3 years . The customer service was always good. They have recently updated the way to enter the facility. You can use an app to get in the facility. I've taken one star off because sadly they decide to raise my lease by $80. That was just to high of an increase. I'd understand $25 max. Closing my account was an easy process. If by some miracle they decide to reduce prices , I'll be back.

I've had this storage for over a year. It's reasonably priced, clean and although due to covid the store may not always be reachable, the general customer service line will always assist. Once they contact the store, I usually receive a response from the store within two hours. It's safe to go to at any hour and I like that it isn't tooo big of a storage facility. Highly recommend!!!
