My initial visit was Saturday, 10 January 2026, got some good information, mulled over the options (meaning, other storage facilities and their programs), returned on Monday, 12 January 2026, got updated information, and signed the paperwork with Veronica. Thank you so much to extra space storage for reuniting me with my brothers ashes. Extra space storage took the time to find me after a family member didn't pay for there storage unit. I wanted to reimburse extra space storage but there were so kind and didn't want repayment but were happy that my brothers ashes were back with our family.
I don't ever do reviews but in this case I'm very thankful for what Carina at Extra Space Storage did for me so I'm more than happy to write this review. I had a issue with my storage fee because it was raised $100 and when I went to explain it to Carina she stopped me and said "let me see what I can do for you, she said I can't promise you anything but I will do everything I can." I went in the following day and Carina was off but I had recieved a text message that my rate was lowered from an extra $100 a month to only an e... read more

I having been storing my stuff here for years now. Every employee I've ever dealt with here has been extremely nice and helpful. Today Carina helped me with something and saved me from having to waste my whole day. I always appreciate all they do for me.
