Tyson was super cool, and extremely helpful.
Clean and secure
The facility is always clean and neat. Every time I have had to go to my storage I never see people just hanging out. It is safe and I feel very comfortable to go by myself.
I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The staff are so helpful and professional
The best on line booking system. Paid online got a code and drove up to my unit. It was all ready and the manager had reached out by text twice that day later to make shure all went well. It was so easy

There isn't a lot to overthink when choosing a storage facility. Until something goes wrong. Which is when you get to see the quality of the management. Some problems arose during the shutdown due to the rising population of homeless in Ventura. But the Market Street Ventura ESS management exceeded my expectations when I turned to them and asked for help. With a lesser company, I would have moved out and chosen another. I give these guys 5 stars cause I been to other places and these guys are on top of there game .....great rates ...Super friendly and they have a perfect location right by the mall and the entrance and the exit to the freeway are near by ....
