We had a great experience with Extra Storage Space. The staff was extremely helpful, well informed and professional. Signing up was easy. Entering the unit the first time was simple. Even the code to the gate was personalized and easy to remember. I would certainly recommend Extra Space Storage on Market in Ventura! 5 stars!!

My experience with Extra Storage has been great starting with the online application process with no contact fill out the application make your payment your storage unit is open with a lock provided it’s clean everything was great

Great so far! Kevin and Bill were great. Got me a great spot for my utility trailer that is an easy in and out. Bill even went the extra mile and cut some wood for me to put behind my tires since I forgot some. I guess they were having problems with some of the homeless, so they now have the place locked up like Fort Knox. So, I feel better knowing this. Great customer service for me.
