Needed last minute storage . Process was very quick and painless. Tysin was friendly and efficient. The cost of storage seems to be ridiculous nowadays. But the value versus the cost at this location seems to be better than most.

I was in immediate need of a storage space close to my home. After several inquiries in the local area, I came across Extra Space. Not only did it meet my needs, but the interaction with the company staff was fenomenal! The complete transaction was done with complete professionalism!!! The young lady who manages the Ventura location is definitely a keeper!!! That is one great employee. I recommend promoting her at earliest opportunity!!! She really sells your brand. There isn't a lot to overthink when choosing a storage facility. Until something goes wrong. Which is when you get to see the quality of the management. Some problems arose during the Covid 19 shutdown due to the rising population of homeless in Ventura. But the Market Street Ventura ESS management exceeded my expectations when I turned to them and asked for help. With a lesser company, I would have moved out and chosen another. I would like to commend the whole team at this location. From beginning to end they were able to help me move into two storage units and vacate just as easily. Each time I called I was treated with respext and kindness and they were willing to help go the extra mile to drive me aroundand make sure I had the right units. As far as the customer service it is FIVE stars all the way. The only reason I did four stars is because it is a little more (not much) expensive than some of the other places. However I like the location as well as the fact that all unit are outside units. Kaylynn is who assisted me and she was excellent.
I needed a storage quickly and I was on a budget. The woman who helped me was extremely nice and attentive. I had never rented a unit before and I can say the process was quick and painless. Rates seem very fair for the area. Complex has been kept well, and access has been easy. Great workers....great storage units.
Vanessa was very helpful and pleasant. The process to rent our unit easy and fast. I especially like that you enter one way and exit at another gate. My plus is that the unit has light and clean!
