RecommendedGreat so far! Kevin and Bill were great. Got me a great spot for my utility trailer that is an easy in and out. Bill even went the extra mile and cut some wood for me to put behind my tires since I forgot some. I guess they were having problems with some of the homeless, so they now have the place locked up like Fort Knox. So, I feel better knowing this. Great customer service for me.

These guys are thieves No pods allowed! They don't tell you this. In fact they may tell you it is ok to bring them onsite. No pods not even for 1 hour. I was told pods weren't going to be an issue I could have them dropped load them and have them picked up. When I arrived with said pods they said no pods on the property! This means a giant storage units contents must be loaded from u it to the street. Find a place that allows portable units if you need them. I had to go to U-Haul. And hire extra help. BEWARE!!!! UNSAFE!!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! I received a call from Ventura PD that someone had broken into my vintage trailer and was living in it. They wanted access. I won’t bore you with the details of how much heart and soul went into rehabbing my little trailer with my family that now housed local Meth Addicts. That part just makes me sad.
