After much internet research, I decided to reserve a space with Extra Space Storage. Once I submitted my reservation, I got an immediate callback from management confirming and we were so pleased. Arrived the next day and we were so happy with the professionalism of the staff. They were pleasant, courteous and helpful. Our space is clean, secure, has light, and best of all was in our budget. I do recommend this storage to others.

I needed a storage unit in Ventura that was not only clean and dry, but safe as well. They were the only facility that had all of those things, and a light! Imagine that?! Something as simple as a light in a storage unit goes a long way. Not to mention the best hours around. I searched for a while before I found them. They were friendly to boot. I'll take it.

Tiki van Heest This is our second time using Extra Space, although it was called something else the first time. Really friendly atmosphere, great staff, and clean, dry facility. I would definitely recommend it as a storage space! thanks!

I used Extra Space in LA and Marina Del Rey, so they were my go-to when I came to Ventura. I could not have been more pleased. They run a tight operation, clean, professional, helpful and friendly. If you are in the area and you need storage, this is the place. I will never go anywhere else.

Much cheaper to store stuff here than in Santa Barbara. Must be due to the student population at UCSB or the higher income level there. The office staff was very helpful and the facility was clean and secure. A little out of the way off the 101.

I contracted with this location for two years, having to add another storage unit after one year, and all the transactions went smoothly. It is easy to obtain a unit, especially with their on-line contract (which does not have an over-reaching provision that another well-known company has); easy to pay the bill on-line, and the staff is friendly and goes out-of-their way to meet your needs and answer questions.

I had the same experience as Jeremy. At the time of move-in, they charged $105.00. I confirmed that the price was regular price, not promotional. They also said that insurance was mandatory, which I found out later was false. Then they charged $20.00 for a lock that they never disclosed. Three months later, with no notice, they raised the rent to $175.00 and claimed that the original rate was a "promotional" rate. Carina Aviña was rude and extremely unhelpful. On the phone, she talked over me and than hung up on me when I was trying to resolve an issue that was actually a mistake that SHE made. She threatened my husband when he went in to try and resolve their mistakes. So unprofessional. She should be fired immediately. I used this storage facility for years and never had any issues but SHE IS AWFUL!!!!
