I am updating my review...we have been there for a year. Our larger unit, we had no issue whatsoever. The smaller, closet-type unit, in an open walk way with other units, at the back, near the fence, was broken into for a 3rd time, and they had put their own lock on it. Yes, frustrating. All I wrote before happened, and was very frustrating at the time. This latest was a nuisance since we were loading up to leave CA. Very nice facility with a great manager, very helpfully and present when needed. The other staff on the grounds was also helpfull. The units are clean and easily accessed and the customer service is great, what more can you ask for. Thank you

Extra Space Storage on Market Street in Ventura will handle all of your storage needs. The staff is very friendly, and they LISTEN to your needs and provide you with viable options. They follow up, answer questions, and are in site if assistance is needed. The whole area is kept neat and clean, video surveillance helps to ensure you items are safe and sound !! I highly recommend David and his staff for any/all your storage needs !

The website and online reservations were very easy to make and did not cost me anything to reserve until I was able to come in person to take a look at the place (5 days). They showed me a couple of units and listened to my needs and offered the best unit available in regards to accessibility within the storage lot. The large 10 x 30 units (3-4bedroom house) have two door access on either ends which helps out a lot when loading and unloading and accessing stuff. This is a clean facility, managed well and definitely accommodating. Storage is never a fun proposition, but David and Vanessa make it as pleasant as possible and I really think they DO care about their customers and the whole experience. It's a good place if you need to store your stuff.
We just reserved an RV spot. David and Christine were both very nice and professional. Clean, secure facility.
