My experience with this location has not been great, I rented a locker but quickly moved out. I think they can manage how their customers are using these space, I think many of them are using it more than just storage. 2 times I stopped by I can see people almost using it as "living space", price is cheaper than these around this area, but you got what you paid for, I guess.

My unit was burglarized! All of the silver, china, crystal, collectibles, small flat screen tv, living room lamps, clothes -- gone! And they had a lot of time to do the job. They went through some of the boxes to dig out the really good stuff. My unit had been totally ransacked. No camera footage or records of the alarmed unit door resetting itself. Update! They raised my rent again, just a few months after my last increase. It's now $85/mo instead of $62, which is a pretty big jump for 1.5 years. So that means see you later, greedy extra space!

I got insurance money for the stolen items. It was an absolute pain in the ass. I had to find receipts, take pictures, and file a police report. What a headache!

So although everyone is nice there, I felt like I was bamboozled into renting a bigger space for more money. I reserved for a space with tee special first months free but when I got there, they showed me the space and there was this Giant round pillar (holding up the building) in the middle of the space. Needless to say, I asked if they had another. I was then shown a bigger space which was nice but there was no special other than half off $260 for the first month. The customer service rep who handled my sign-up process was great (his name is Matthias) but he's the only friendly staff I've run into at this place. There's one woman in particular who's borderline rude (why work in customer service if you don't want to interact with customers?). The storage space is okay, but the length of the contract seems excessive for renting a simple storage unit. This place is bootsy as fuck. The only good thing about it is that when the crackheads who live inside of it fight, it's really entertaining to eavesdrop. During the year that I had storage there, my rates went up three times for no reason, and I eventually had to move my stuff out because I couldn't afford to have this space anymore due to all the increases. Don't go here!! Horrible hours( who closes at 5 on a weekday?), a really inconvenient location. Expensive rates with hidden fees and penalties, inept staff. Especially the Latina lady behind the counter. They don't have a service elevator, so when you actually have to move things in and out you fight with this elevator that closes the door on you every 30 seconds and makes a horrible screeching noise to let you know. You would think that a huge storage place would have a freight elevator? Oh, and they have locked dumpsters.... read more

Worst experience ever! Incompetent staff. It took longer to sign the contract then it did to move all of my stuff!! Don't go here. If I had time, I'd move my stuff out to another storage facility!
