When my movers cancelled the night before (WHO DOES THAT), and it was just me moving everything out of my unit and into a rented van, Leda saved the day. She helped me use the freight elevator so that I was able to get it all moved in just a couple of hours. It really made a difference to me and I am grateful. Not only did she go the extra mile to help me solve my problem, she showed that she cared about me and my business. We've had the need to use storage facilities for business and personal needs over the last decade and the experience has been mixed. We are extremely satisfied with both the facilities and the service at EXTRA SPACE STORAGE. The place is very clean and well managed. From day one, Mathias and his team have provided excellent support and a willingness to "go the extra mile" when necessary. This is my second time with Extra Space Storage. I was so pleased with the staff, location and facilities, that I will not search for another location. I highly suggest you make a visit.

I only needed to store somethings away for just a few weeks. Luckily they had a deal for me where the first month was literally free so I only got away with paying for the "admin" fees and insurance which came about to $35/hour. I also got lucky with getting one of the bigger storages, 8 by 10 which was located in the first floor.

These people are good! I have little experience with storage companies but my experience with Extra Space Storage was really excellent. They were ready with answers to all of my questions both over the phone and in person. Mike, on the desk, could not have been nicer, both to me and to my movers. The facility is clean and well lighted and the security measures are excellent.

I have stored with extra space storage for over five years now and i can say that they are the best in the biz!! They are fair and honest with everyone they serve , and they are always willing to help. When i started here The Manager was Mark he was very helpful and fair and always willing to work on solutions to those issues that arise . Mike Gradone, the store manager s awesome to work with! After making a reservation for a storage unit online and following up with a phone call with a couple of inquiries, Mike put all of my questions to rest and assured me that the unit was confirmed and if I ended needing additional space the day of (since I was not certain if the unit I booked was able to hold all our items), that would not be a problem. I have had a unit at Extra Space Storage on Folsom for about six weeks now. I wanted to see how the first month went before Yelping with my review. So far ...so good. The facility is clean as a facility like this should be, however, it seems to raise the bar amongst other self storage places I've seen. The people who work here were great when I was shopping for a unit that would be the best for me and have continued to show the same willingness now that I am settled in.
