I've been renting storage units for 10 years. I received the best over the top service from Bob and Cindy at the Sherman St. Location. I was always just a face and a number with all the other previous storage companies before. Not with Bob and Cindy though!! They are the best, always personal, always professional and always willing to go above and beyond to help me every time I enter the office! Highly recommend them and this location! Kudos! TerryO

Bob was patient, efficient, and professional, answering all my questions and giving me a tour so I could pick the appropriate unit and location. The facility was clean and easy to get to.

I had great experience with this storage facility. Each person I spoke to was professional and very helpful. Cindy was the last person that assisted me and she was amazing very patient as I'm new to acquiring a storage unit.

This was a epic experience! Honestly finding the unit was so easy. From the comfort of my phone. I had the unit for 2 years and I felt safe going to the unit. I felt my stuff was well protected. Moving out was just as easy! I never had any issues and when things did change for example new lock system I had loft of early communications letting me know exactly what to expect. Cheyanne went above and beyond to help me as soon as I came in today. I've had my unit for almost 4 months and needed to get into my unit after losing my key. She walked me through the process and made it the experience super easy and quick. Very professional and friendly.
