My experience with this location was so pleasant. This is my second time renting a storage unit at this location. Bob was so pleasant and very helpful. I originally rented a 5 x 8 unit, soon after moving my items into the unit i realizing that my unit was not going to be big enough. With just 20 minutes before their closing time I reached out to Bob and he was so accommodating into moving me into a 5 x 10 unit last minute. They were so nice and they even waved my transfer fee. Sindy is a wonderful employee and helped me out with all of my needs in a professional way.
Cindy and Bob were amazing they helped me out a lot and made sure that I had a smooth move out even though I may have caused a little bit of a delay they still help me and I’m very thankful I have six storage units at six different places and out of all of them they were the best 10/10!!!!
I had a great experience when I visited the facility. The care and attention I received deserves to be commended. It will be a pleasure to recommend this storage facility to anyone in need.
