Jojo helped me set up my account and pick a storage unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. But most of all a really fun person! Beautiful eyes too. Thanks to all. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

this facility is VERY secure and safe. The office people are really helpful and friendly. Great location.
So awesome, clean. Secure . They just need better signage for where elevators, are, bigger maps, units # ranges on each hallway so we aren't wandering aimlessly.

Bob (MGR) & Cindy (Wiife/ Assistant) are fantastic! I spoke to them several months ago in regards to renting one of there units out after speaking with several facilities. They were the most professional, accommodating, and personable. I would highly recommend!!!! Ten STARS!

Really personable staff who went above and beyond for me during a challenging family issue that I was experiencing. It's obvious that they really care about their business and customers. This place has the most bang for your buck as far as storage places in the Point Loma area. Good customer service, easy and friendly entry. I would give it 5 stars but someone set off the sprinkler system and instead of calling everyone effected right away we didn't get a call for almost 2 weeks after... so half our stuff had black mold. But the claim service has been relatively painless so....

I had such a great experience with the staff here. I rented a storage unit from 2017 until recently. Upon move in, they were so kind and and really showed that the integrity and security of the property was a main priority. I had moved away from the San Diego area in 2018 but continued to use the storage unit until I recently moved out.
