I spoke with Nihaya at the facility and she was very friendly. She answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly. Extra Space seems to have competitive prices for storage in San Diego. I'm looking forward to renting with them.

Bob and Jordan were very helpful in finding me a space which was much better for the size needed than what I previously had. They took their time and it's a perfect fit. Sometimes the carts are difficult to find, but they will help find one for you, if you ask.

I've been with this facility for almost a year. I've had a positive experience from day one. Staff is very friend, the facility is conveniently located near my home, accessibility hours are great, very secure. This is why I decided to continue my service when I needed to downsize my unit. I would highly recommend.

Been a long time customer. I now have two storage units that I am renting. Available hours to access storage with great security and safety have been perfect for me. Sindy and Bob are always helpful when I ask them for help.

Jordan was a very big help got me a better rate than quoted really appericate workers like him who love there job and love dealing with people even the manager call me when i got lost in parking lot lol i know how do you get lost lol anyway thank you Jordan and Cindi!Great prices good space and great location mt stuff there and i sleep good knowing these things!
