I had such a great experience with the staff here. I rented a storage unit from 2017 until recently. Upon move in, they were so kind and and really showed that the integrity and security of the property was a main priority. I had moved away from the San Diego area in 2018 but continued to use the storage unit until I recently moved out. Jordan was more than accommodating helping me figure out the easiest process to move out and ultimately disposed of the last few items for me as I could not get down there to do it myself. I spoke with Nihaya at the facility and she was very friendly. She answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly. Extra Space seems to have competitive prices for storage in San Diego. I'm looking forward to renting with them.

Bob and Jordan were very helpful in finding me a space which was much better for the size needed than what I previously had. They took their time and it's a perfect fit. Sometimes the carts are difficult to find, but they will help find one for you, if you ask.

I've been with this facility for almost a year. I've had a positive experience from day one. Staff is very friend, the facility is conveniently located near my home, accessibility hours are great, very secure. This is why I decided to continue my service when I needed to downsize my unit. I would highly recommend.

Been a long time customer. I now have two storage units that I am renting. Available hours to access storage with great security and safety have been perfect for me. Sindy and Bob are always helpful when I ask them for help.
