Joe is honestly one of the best Assistant Store managers I've dealt with at any storage place. He's super helpful, always clear about payments and options, and really takes the time to make sure everything goes smoothly. It's convenient, clean, and you can tell he actually cares about the customers instead of treating you like just another number. Definitely recommend this location -- Joe makes it easy to handle everything without stress.
Good customer service clean facility. It's nice to have units with lights in them and the ceilings are nice and high.
The female who helped me wasn't the friendliest but said she would give me discount if I left a review. Here you go. Be a little more nice next time. Thank you for the discount.
James was so awesome, really helpful and super professional. He even was nice enough to take me out to see the unit that I would be in and answered all my questions. Happy to know there are such nice staff.

This is my first time using a storage facility. I needed a tour of the place and Gracie was very helpful with the tour and all the details of moving my stuff into the unit. She was very patient with me as i had a lot of questions. The place is very clean and located close to my home. The price was reasonable, and I am happy I chose Extra Space for my storage needs.
