If I could give Matt 100 stars I would. I had an outstanding experience at Extra Space Storage. The customer service was truly exceptional from start to finish. Matt was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made the rental process quick and easy, explained everything clearly, and made sure I found the right storage unit for my needs!

Mr. Matt BorJa has great energy and outstanding customer service! He took care of me, went over everything thoroughly and made sure I had a clear understanding of my unit size and rates. Originally I wanted a unit at the Ibbetson location considering it is closer to my place of residence, but that location was closed for the day. Jocelyn was super helpful in moving me in to my new storage unit! They offered me a few different sizes to find the perfect fit and I got to look at several options. The space is super clean and organized. The office was also very professional. I appreciate that they have lifts, carts, and a gate for my convenience. Everyone was really nice and easy to work with. I'm really happy with this space and can tell that it's the right one for me!

Joe is honestly one of the best Assistant Store managers I've dealt with at any storage place. He's super helpful, always clear about payments and options, and really takes the time to make sure everything goes smoothly. It's convenient, clean, and you can tell he actually cares about the customers instead of treating you like just another number. Definitely recommend this location -- Joe makes it easy to handle everything without stress.
Good customer service clean facility. It's nice to have units with lights in them and the ceilings are nice and high.
The female who helped me wasn't the friendliest but said she would give me discount if I left a review. Here you go. Be a little more nice next time. Thank you for the discount.
James was so awesome, really helpful and super professional. He even was nice enough to take me out to see the unit that I would be in and answered all my questions. Happy to know there are such nice staff.
