Kat & Tanya went above and beyond. They were both very helpful from start to finish. I received emails and updated phone calls regarding my unit and they were very transparent throughout the entire process. The app works perfectly and Tanya showed me how to navigate through it to access our unit digitally. Upon moving out Kat came by to check on me and provided extra assistance to ensure my move went smooth. She's the best! Customer service was always great. Gracie and the others are super helpful. Didn't like the 20% rate increase within a year of moving in.

Nice and clean facility. Also the customer service here is amazing! Very nice and kind people they helped me a lot via phone and even person from beginning to end! Definitely recommend. Shoutout to Catherine for making an easy and smooth transaction.

Gracie was amazing! She showed me each unit I was interested in and she wasn't pushy at all. Very honest and efficient. I ended up going with a unit here for a few months based off her service and the cleanliness of the facility. Thank you!

I tried to sign up for a unit online but I couldn't figure it out, so I gave up and was not going to do it anymore. Catherine called me within 3 minutes and asked me how she could help. I let her know my struggles and she walked me through the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me, and I was finally able to get the storage I needed. Very grateful she was able to help! Completely relieved my anxiety and made my moving experience as smooth as it could possibly be.

Needed temporary storage for the summer and Extra Space Storage delivered. From it's close proximity, appropriate sized unit, overall clean facility and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Extra Space for your storage needs. Regarding their customer service... I had a coupon for the unit but during checkout, the representatives provided me with a promotion code that saved me even more. Thank you Extra Space.
