I have used this location for over 20 yrs off and on and always happy with the service. This time around Grace the Mgr, went above and beyond to notify me when a unit became available.
I was treated with respect which is the most important customer service
I recommend renting from this place because every employee is nice and they explain everything to you so you understand each step of renting the unit. It's very clean inside and out.

I've had a really bad experience with other storage facilities and Michele in the office really eased my concerns where is security location and cleanliness of the location. Easy in and out no people loitering around like you see at other storage places. Staff is very understanding and willing to assist you with any of your concerns and needs.
Shay provides the best customer service. Very knowledgeable and professional.
