The facility is very clean, organized, and well lit. The staff member who worked with me was very helpful in listening to my needs, explaining the process and touring me around. I would highly recommend. They seem very customer centered.

I will recommend Extra Space to everyone. Sunny, the main representative we were helped by, was so nice, intelligent, and amazingly helpful. She took time to understand our situation and really did help us get what we needed. Only the best feelings and thoughts about our experience.

I had a dilemma with a family member who would not return the key to my lock on my storage so I went to the store manager D'Pring Medeiros and explained my situation she was sympathetic and understanding and was able to help me cut off the old block and put on a new one along with helping me change my gate code. In my eyes that was excellent customer service and would recommend Extra Space Storage rentals to anyone that I talked to. They have great prices clean facilities and good security. THANX JAKE 🤠
