Just wanted to share my experience with Extra Space Storage. Not only was Rafael exceptional with his customer service but I felt heard and understood. He mentioned he's a fairly new hire but he handled himself well and was prepared with information. Answered all of my questions with a great attitude and thanked me for my time

They told me what to do, explained the charges, and helped me when I opened my unit. I could not ask for more. They kept my things safe and dry for over two years. I recommend Extra Space Storage with 5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience with Extra Space storage on 2900 Soquel Ave. At a time when there were very few spaces available the manager (Dapring) went out of her way to help me find the correct size for my items, taking the time to clarify what spaces might be available in the near future etc. She always had good suggestions for moving items and hauling services as well. We've used Extra Space Storage several times, and they have been very professional every time. They take the time to show you the premises, make everything clear, answer questions, and very polite and thorough. Everything is very clean and well taken care off. On the day I walked in the door they were kind generous and helpful and courteous respectful and they might thousand plus stays with them extremely amazing they were always there to help me and even tolerated days that didn't go well for me with respect I'm going to miss them all but I think you extra space for giving my possessions home until they could be brought back to me God bless you all Janet

Last Saturday I signed my first lease at Extra Space Storage. Tabitha patiently showed me a number of different units so I could choose which was best for my needs and explained the sizing and pricing for each one. She is professional, very knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole experience a pleasant and enjoyable experience. If you need to rent there, I hope you're lucky enough to have Tabitha help you. I highly recommend them for all your storage needs.

Excellent communication. Tabitha Was very informative regarding policy and rules. Also she detailed numerous rental options. All in well spoken English. I have a hearing problem and not once did Tabitha have to repeat anything that she explained to me.
