This facility is exceptional great people and location. Sunny was very helpful and able to help with all my storage needs.

This place has the best access hours and cleanest place around... the ladies at the facility are great.

The facility is great, people are excellent. The computer system, not so much. Had to stop by a second time to try and update my record with my insurance info. Rates are raised automatically every so often (6 months?) Eventually, we moved out as it got way too expensive.

D'Pring (her real name and you'll know what it means if you a fan of the original Star Trek series), was awesome. I got a great deal on some short term space. She explained everything clearly, was super friendly and found me exactly the space I needed with zero hassle.

Hannah has been super helpful the entire time I've been renting my unit. She's friendly and efficient whenever I have a question, she returns my calls promptly and above all, she's pro-active! There was an issue with my rent (long story, but it wasn't about my rent being due or insufficient funds). Hannah called me and was unbelievably helpful in working everything out. Her customer service is excellent.
D'Pring was super helpful!! She set me up with the right unit for my needs & gave good/clear instruction about my online account. This place is everything a storage complex should be!! Clean, friendly & safe! It's run well & i would recommend!
Hi everyone it's Dave, let me tell you a little bit about Extra Space Storage at 2900 Soquel Avenue Santa Cruz, the extra space are excellent, there is plenty space, and they got plenty moving cars to help you move to the storage unit, they also have elevator to get you to the second floor if there isn't any more space on first floor, all unit are A/C so if you hot come on down to get kool, it is right off the freeway so it's easy access, people here are friendly you have Hannah haus assistant store manager extra helpful and... read more
IN MY EXPERIENCE - The people who work here are the nicest people ever! I got kicked out of my house and they had space for me to move my things to the same day. I found a new home within a couple weeks and all they charged me was about $30 for insurance. I had access to my stuff whenever I needed to pick up or drop off anything.
