We have now rented on three occasions with this Extra Space Storage site and each time have found the staff exceptionally friendly, helpful, available and highly competent. We've had no problems of any kind over the now at least three years we have been with them.
Everything is great we besides I had a lot of things and was on the third floor

Competitive pricing, GREAT customer service experience. Upon arrival the facilities were clean and bright and exactly as described over the phone. It felt good. Even the "neighbors" (fellow renters) at this location are friendly, which lends to the feeling of security and safety.

Extra Space Storage is typically clean, well-maintained, professional and relatively secure. The prices are a bit high, and I prefer personal interaction with a unit operator over an online or remotely located correspondent -- it feels a bit strange dealing with a "middleman." Overall, I think Extra Space is a good option, though I will keep my eyes open for something less expensive.

Great experience 100% recommended
Extra Space is an easy solution to those times in transition. They often have great deals and the environment is clean and easy to access. I've felt safe going to my unit at different times of day and most importantly the friendly and informed employees are supportive and efficient. I go out of my way to find an Extra Space storage when I'm in a move or just need more space in my home!

My car ran out of battery, and the staff was kind enough to help out and finding resources to help me turn on my car again. Very nice and friendly staff
The facility is very clean, organized, and well lit. The staff member who worked with me was very helpful in listening to my needs, explaining the process and touring me around. I would highly recommend. They seem very customer centered.
