I had a fantastic experience at ExtraSpace, 2900 Soquel Ave. I heard a bunch of horror stories about storage facilities so was not looking forward to the process, but Cyndi was awesome! She showed me a couple units to chose from, was easy to reach whenever I had questions and made a stressful moving situation so much easier. I highly recommend the facility!

I have been using Extra Space Storage for about 4 months now and Brittany, the manager in charge of their facility, is super friendly and helpful. It was a very easy process to get the exact square footage that I needed and they helped me figure that out by the type of equipment and furniture that I was was going to put into storage. They also provided me with the amount of insurance that I wanted. clean. reasonably priced. helpful staff. no RV storage at this location a but tricky to get there if coming from the south

This location has been excellent for me. The staff have always been friendly. Gina is always there to help with my concerns and recently facilitated a transfer to a smaller unit which helped a lot. I know having to pay for storage can be a pain but I feel like they do their best to make it worthwhile here. Highly recommend !
I highly recommend this self- storage. It's secure, clean, and safe. The staff is awesome. Gina, the manager, and Cesar, the assistant manager have been very helpful. I had an issue, and Cesar and Gina solved it! Cesar is very knowledgeable. Renting a unit was fast and easy! Thanks to everyone who works there!

Great people and clean spaces. Only criticism I would have is the first space we were given was a very odd triangular unit so we had to switch and get a more expensive one to make it work for us. We ultimately built our own shed and closed out our business with them.
