I have been extremely satisfied with my storage unit as well as the entire facility. The manager at the Soquel site near the entrance to hey 1 is fantastic...she is very helpful, listens to your needs, and does her best to find the best unit possible. This kind of service isn't experienced too often. She truly made my day. Thank you so much!!!
Great service and friendly staff who helped me find the perfect size storage locker. They worked quickly to get all the paperwork completed and explained everything thoroughly. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a storage locker.

Really clean and well-maintained great access hours office staff is really helpful I did some shopping before I chose where to store my stuff there is some interesting places in Santa Cruz for storage this one was by far one of the cleanest and well-maintained places that I saw and that's why I chose to store here

I am new to renting a storage unit with Extra Space Storage! So far so good.. later hours and clean and safe environment make it a necessity.. easy off on Freeway access and Sunny was helpful and professional!

I'm extremely satisfied with my storage unit. The location is conveniently just off of Highway 1 at the Soquel intersection, making it a not brainer to swing by as I go over the hill or come back from over the hill. Prices are good when compared to other storage locations on this side of the hill. The balance between price/sqft and convenience is great, and the facilities are secure and exceptionally well maintained and well lit.

These guys are the best!!! Hands down...Having to put your stuff in storage can be really stressful, and it's so special to feel really helped and supported while you're doing it...everyone here is great, and...they even went ahead and set me up with an easier accessible unit for me because it suddenly opened up and they knew I'd appreciate it...I was so touched I almost cried...Everything here is extremely clean and safe and very professionally taken care of...highly recommend
