Extra Space Storage has had great service from the representatives who work at the local storage. But of late seem to have had trouble staffing. However, their agent Cesar was very helpful on 2 occasions and was able to take care of my payment for 2 units when I needed to leave for an appoint and again when there was an issue with my payment amount since I was paying early. I am very grateful for his dedication and service.
Amazing! Peaceful! This is the cleanest facility I’ve seen in Santa Cruz and Cesar was so so so helpful. Moving is stressful and crazy and it was such a relief to receive such supportive service. My rate was fair, and I checked around to a lot of places. Highly recommend!
Here's the deal: it's a storage unit. It does that right. You've got plenty of options, sizes, buildings on site, and sign up was peachy easy on their website. I did a lotta research for pricing in the area and finally settled on this one, budgeted the monthly amount on the stated, and then spent a small sum and several long days getting my stuff moved into it. The staff at the office were always super nice and really helpful. I’ll give the employees 5 stars. The reason for the one star is that after 3 months I received a letter from Extra Space saying that they were increasing our rent by over a hundred bucks per month due to reevaluating the area and deciding to increase their rent. Super shady.
Cesar was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable he assisted us with renting a space and answered all of our questions. Definitely an asset to the Extra Space Storage family. Because of him we will recommend members of our community and family if they need storage. The office was clean and organized. He is a shining example of exceptional customer service and relations.
