I have used another location in the past (Monterey). You can either 1 month free rent or half off of rent depending on the deal. Brian is usually in San Jose but came over to help out this location. Within less than 24 hours Brian had responded to my inquiry, called me back and I was ready, set go! He was super helpful with getting additional supplies. This location is well lit and near the freeway.
The best storage experience ever! Mike was such a pleasure to interact with and was so accommodating and helpful! The units are very clean and well kept and they definitely go above and beyond to make sure everyones belongings are safe. I will always go here for any storage needs and I highly recommend this location to anyone else who is in need of storage space. Moving has been stressful but having folks like this to help you with the process makes it so much better..thank you for being so wonderful!
Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. The yard is kept impeccably clean and security is of the highest priority. I highly recommend renting a space here. I have been extremely happy in all regards.

I have only been in the unit a few weeks. I am writing this review based on my initial experience. Extremely business minded and courteous. Well run and professional. Considering the short time I have been in the unit my evaluation may change. The size and ease of getting to the location and unit seem to be good values for the area.I look forward to years of rental here.
Very good experience. The application took less than 5 minutes to complete. The space was clean and easy to find. Price was good. This feels like a very safe property. Of course, the "FREE" first month didn't apply to my space like the advertising said but I did get "half off" the first month so that was cool. Entering the property is little difficult going north on Soquel and you can only turn right when exiting the property. Micheal was very helpful with my move-in process and made it very easy,seamless, and pleasant. The facility is clean, easy to access, very secure..
Michael at this location is great! He was helpful and showed me more than one unit so I could be sure that all of my belongings would fit in the right storage unit. I got the perfect space for my stuff and even though I didn't plan on it, ended up moving my things in after 9:00 pm and couldn't figure out the light, Michael came out and showed me how it works.
