I had a need for extra space following the Covid outbreak. Monique assisted me with all my needs. She helped me check in. Boy was I glad she was there again when I moved out. Sometimes those lift elevators can be broken. Other times, It's user error. One of those times it was the latter.I went into the office after hauling an ottoman down the stairs on a 88 degree hot day. I announced the lift isn't working. easy experience with Extra Space Storage using their online form to secure a space, didn't even have to deal with a single person! this particular location though normally has carts readily available and for the most part seems to be maintained quite well. I had even accidentally left some stuff on a cart and luckily the maintenance crew was there to grab them before someone else thought it was magically theirs. The location is great. The grounds are kept clean. Customer is awesome and their pricing is competitive. We took advantage of their promo first month free second month you pay.
