Extra Space Storage on Norwalk in Hawaiian Gardens is a clean, efficient operation. All doors and unit locks are controlled by your phone. The Manager, Monique, has always been helpful in every regard. I highly recommend this location because of Monique.

Extra Space is a great place to keep your belongings away from home. They are always providing great deals online, and for those times payments might not be able to be fulfilled on time, they are very lenient. A most important thing, the hours are one of the best since there really aren't anymore 24 hour access self-storages around (locally at least). Ultimately, sometimes you need to spend a little bit more time visiting your storage, being here for an hour near closing time even, I've NEVER felt unsafe!

I've used this location for almost a year, and they've always been fantastic with service, convenience and prices. We transferred units and it was very smooth and easy to do. Love that everything has been contactless especially due to the pandemic. Will use them long term! I believe Avan was the person I have worked with and he's so accommodating and friendly.

I work here and I rent here, and not to be partial but this the best storage place to go to, great access hours great customer service, very clean, cameras and code accessible gates.
This location on Norwalk is awesome! Monique was really friendly and helpful; she went over all the details and even followed up with a call later to tell us everything was all set. We needed something in a pinch so getting the storage space so quickly and at the best price was a huge peace of mind. Thank you!

When I say amazing customer service I'm talking about Taccara!! When I say comforting my crying new born baby as I'm struggling to figure out the next steps to my families move I'm talking about Taccara!! When I see a clean facility I'm talking about Taccara!!
