I love this facility, mostly because of the staff. Elena is wonderful. She's friendly and welcoming every time we come down. She even remembers the names of all of her customers! Lots are always clean and well taken care of. It gets a bit hot in the summer time, especially upper units, but my items never seem to be hot.
Very friendly staff. Elena helped me rent a unit. And after i went through moving day hassle she called me to remind me that my lock was not on correctly and i needed to come down and fix immediately to prevent burglary. I have to say that it was a wonderful moment in customer service and i really appreciated the attention to my items. Thank you to the entire team. Loom forward to stashing here for a while.
We just checked in yesterday and everything went smoothly, We had a few concerns and they were addressed right away. Very good service and with a smile. Thanks so much for making a hard time alittle easier.
i just rent a 5 by 10 storage unit at extra space storage in Hawaiian Gardens, the customer service was excellent, Leticia and her husband are the friendliest people . I had called around trying to get the best price and by far this was the best price. the facility was clean. although my unit was on the second floor it was easy to get to and just as easy to bring my stuff to the second floor. Outstanding! After signing up and moving in on day one, I lost my lock key. I went back hours later and the staff found it and kept it. Great.
Rosa helped us at the Hawaiian gardens location and was wonderful!! We felt really bad because we got there a few minutes before the office closed but she didn't rush us in any way. She took her time showing us our options and was very friendly! I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a storage unit
Good cutomer service and place is kept clean. Prices were much better than at other locations. So far so good
