Not a happy momma right now. Amidst this coronavirus we all have made sacrifices and at some point been upset, but this company hit an all time low. Being healthy essential travelers for work, my husband and I brought our special needs son along on this trip. Clean up the storage place trash literally been here for a week, also smells like pee in outside area.

I grow more and more irritated with this company every month. I first started renting my storage space from here about a year ago, only because they have the "first month free" special, and prices seemed to be pretty fair. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THIS. My rental price has now DOUBLED. There's no parking other than a couple right next to the entrance/exit. If you try to park inside the gates, you will have employees hassling you to move your car, even if there are no open parking spaces. The last straw for me is the fact that... read more

This place is HORRIBLE the units get broke in too EVERY WEEK ,and I got that information straight form the POLICEMAN that took my report he said that he personal wouldn't ever use this storage facility. They put money in remodeling it, but nothing for security. I was taken for over $5.000 if you care about your stuff STAY AWAY.
If I had to leave a review on customer service I would give them 5 stars hands down. I have never had an issue or problem with the staff, they are all very helpful and courteous. However, the purpose of a storage unit is to store items for safe keeping. MY UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO AND VALUABLE ITEMS WERE STOLEN.They cut the lock and replaced it with one of their own in order to keep staff from noticing when doing their evening rounds. you cant get a sprint signal out there. so if you get mugged you cant call the police cuz theres no signal. they have a bunch of homeless people living on there. the homeless wait on their bicycles until a car puts in a code & they follow the car. your better off renting from another place that is safer. another person wrote their stuff got stolen.
DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE! My husband and I had a unit here that was broken into. We had a double unit and was told we had to use one of their locks for one of the doors. Our storage unit was ransacked! Who ever got into the unit had time to punch holes in every box to scrounge for valuables. We called the Sheriffs and when they took our report they told us that this storage unit has had numerous break ins. Horrible horrible....STOP STOP if you value your stuff!!! Someone broke into my storage and took there time ....over several days ....changed my lock and almost completely cleaned me out! The cops came and they advised me they have taken over 30 reports of break-ins at this location!! The police said they would never put anything in this location!! Elena the assistant manager was rude and unprofessional. If you pay late they will lock your gate code and even after i paid Elena did not release the gate code after 2 requests while I had movers waiting. When I complained she had a bad attitude with me and said the customer is not always right and said thats what happens if you pay late. Very poor training and low quality service. They lost a big customer today if only they were courteous and professional! Good prices, but guess you get what you pay for!
