She explained the breakdown cost of everything, gave me multiple unit options, and was transparent about providing the best deal possible considering I needed the until for just one month. I chose this storage facility after I left the previous one due to issues with their management. Since I've been here I've had no issues and anything that's come up that needed to be addressed was addressed immediately and taken care of.
