Really surprised to read any negative reviews. Yes, the increases are huge, but the staff is nothing short of amazing. Helpful and courteous. No complaints and would recommend this business.
Good storage but after I only thought I'd stay a month I ended up staying 3 thru wouldn't allow me to switch to the 3 month new member price. Fair, they're right but moving is expensive enough. It wouldn't kill you to allow some leniency if you change your mind in the following weeks. Either way, they provide good service
Overall a good facility, staff are good, the app gate unlock is great. Marked down because they will gouge you will substantial prices increases without warning." (20-30% increases). Also the inside could be a bit cleaner but not bad.

I would like to say I'm so grateful for my Extra Space Storage they're wonderful and the office called me I dropped my cards outside by the parking lot and someone turned it in at the office and called me. We still have good people out here and doing the right thing as human beings. Thank you so much!!!!
