This facility is organized, neat and clean. Liz was amazing! She has a way of being professional and friendly at the same time. She was even able to inform me of an additional storage locker that became available over the weekend that was more convenient, giving me two choices. She took me on a tour of the facility and explained the policy and procedures in simple, ready to understand language. We simply dropped in to see what was available and open to rent and left with a unit. Cindy was so welcoming and easy to talk to. She made the process of getting a unit very easy and talked us through each step. The location is very convenient and we have easy access to our unit every day of the week!

Its a decent enough storage option here in monterey. Marion is a nice enough lady, and the facilities are clean and the hallways are more than wide enough to accomodate carts (a rare find in the storage industry these days, it seems.)

I recently moved some stuff into a unit here so I can't comment on the full experience, but signing the lease and getting started was as painless as possible. The woman who showed us our unit was so kind and helpful. Once she showed us the 5x5 unit, we quickly realized it was far too small and she easily upgraded us to a larger unit. I haven't used any other storage places, but I would definitely recommend this place. Liz gave us a warm welcome, listened to our needs and gave us a tour of the available units. She answered all our questions and was courteous and professional. She explained all the contract terms and had us checked within a half hour of arrival. When I arrived with my first load about an hour after the office had closed I discovered that the lock I brought with me was too large to fit the deadbolt. Even though she was off the clock, another employee who was leaving took me back inside to find a lock that fit. A+ service!... read more

The staff is friendly, the units are clean, it's gated and safe.. Really nice facility! My issue is that its a corporate company and therefore they charge outlandish rates! I have been clearing out my unit to downsize and therefore pay less.. But to my surprise I was going to be charged more for a smaller unit! How can corporate justify this? I get supply & demand but some things just aren't right and good business practice should come before trying to make an extra buck off of your customers when they already pay a lot and ... read more

This place is great! I picked this storage service because of the location and they had one last 5 by 7 storage locker left at a reasonable price. I called to ask about their hours and upon calling I found out that I had to come in person to finalize the agreement and actually reserve the unit. When I found that out, I jumped on the bus right away since there was only one unit left!
