A friend recommended Extra Space Storage and I was not disappointed! Liz was extremely courteous and professional, she accurately assessed my needs and made it easy to understand the value of having one sizer locker over another. The facility is clean, well-lit, and customer service at the front desk is first rate. As an added bonus, I received my first month's rent free and the friend who referred me got a $50 credit on her account. I have already referred others to this business!
I used to be a cynic until the customer service at Extra Space Storage restored my love for humanity. I'm crying as I write. They're tears of perpetual hope.
Who knew that signing up for a storage locker could be the highlight of my day! The staff is so warm and upbeat, it was truly a pleasure to spend time with them. They take time to explain everything in depth and concisely and most importantly...with a smile. The storage units are tidy and feel very secure. Access is easy. Excellent business!
The reason I picked this storage place over the others is because of Marion. The way she treated me & helped me through a stressful time of having to move was so kind & much appreciated. The facility is clean & feels safe. Definitely the best choice on the Monterey Peninsula!
This storage facility is well managed, clean, and very organized. The staff is very professional, friendly, and accommodating. The sign up process was quick and simple and there were no hidden fees or anything tacked onto first month's bill. Their hours are convenient to pick up and drop off items. If you are looking for storage in the Monterey area, I highly recommend that you select Extra Space Storage.
We only had a small amount of items and stayed for only 8 months but the 2 ladies at the front are so nice and very accommodating. They will help you with just about anything and the place is so clean. Made us feel like our items were safe and no chance of water, rodent, or any other kind of damage. Moving in and out were a breeze! They have carts that are large to fit a ton of stuff on as well as a huge elevator and stairwell.
I sold my home with an agreement to vacate within 3 weeks and agreed to do so. I was able to quickly arrange a large unit with direct garage door access at Extra Space when none were available anywhere else. The entire staff cold not have been more helpful and considerate. When I realized I was going to need another large unit I checked and there weren't any available immediately but within a couple of days they had secured another unit for me, also with direct access.
